I LOVE your products but the delivery…
I LOVE your products but the delivery service you use - Yodel - totally puts me off as they are so unreliable. I do not want a parcel outside of 'normal' post times
(Royal Mail) and they hang on to parcels for too long. Please give us the option of a postal service rather than a courier.

Good quality and lovely products
All the products I’ve ordered have been high quality, my favourite is the Mushroom hot chocolate. Delivery is quick and carefully packaged. I just wish delivery was free at a lower spend amount, as the products are quite expensive to begin with, which is the reason for me giving 4 stars and not 5.

I bought from Europe. The delivery was very fast. Large selection and excellent quality. However, the downside for me is that when buying, the VAT was indicated on the invoice, and after passing the customs procedure in Latvia, I had to pay the VAT again.
