Very friendly customer service but problems with shipping
Very friendly customer service but it's very disappointing that orders aren't shipped to Germany anymore. I really think it's worth putting more of an effort into finding a solution there. It's seriously stressful to suddenly don't have access to products that you love and that are deeply integrated into your routine!

Maca is full of good things and tastes good too!
Delivered quickly with not so much packaging, the product is excellent and each morning I put a heaped teaspoon into my muesli! Very good product and you can look up how many good nutrients are in Maca - you will be impressed!

Parcel was sent as soon as I placed the order. Unfortunatly Indigo Herbs didn't include the shipping document/invoice with the parcel. This created problems for customs clearance and importation. Not the first time, and apparently a lesson learnt that is not undertood and implemented. Sending goods to another country!!
