The customer service is letting Indigo Herbs down
The customer service is letting this company down.
I have been waiting for an order to ship with Yodel for over one week. I emailed Indigo Herbs but never received an answer (I waited one week before I wrote this review). I can't reach someone on the telephone; there is always the answering machine, and there is no opportunity to leave a message.
My order arrived one week late, and one of the glass bottles was broken and empty. As I cannot reach customer service at Indigo Herbs, I can't report this problem. I like the products from Indigo Herbs. But after this experience, I won't order from them again.

We do our best to be available and responsive, and I regret that you found it difficult to get in touch with us.
Regarding your order, I sincerely apologise for the delay and the damaged item. We take great care in packaging our products—especially glass bottles—but unfortunately, issues can still occur in transit. We would be happy to send you a replacement for the broken Motherwort tincture at no extra cost, and we can send it via Royal Mail if that is a more suitable option for you. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

My Pint of Goodness in a Glass
I have been using organic Wheatgrass and Barley Grass from Indigo Herbs for more than 15 years now. It’s the only powders I have full confidence in.I drink a pint through a straw every morning. I feel it gives me energy to cope, especially as I struggle with insomnia.

Questionable reviews on website
You can't seem to post a review on their own website. I tried a stone root ( Collinsonia canadensis) tincture , it did nothing. The dropper had a 1ml line but would not fill up more than 0.5 at a time. Poor choice of bottle. Otherwise no issues with delivery.
