We ordered our first item from Indigo Furniture, a kitchen table, a few years ago. A great product that still looks as good today as when we got it. We recently ordered our second item from the company, a couch, which is fantastic - very comfortable and just what we wanted! Sean and Phil who delivered the couch arrived on time, were very professional and assembled the item quickly and easily. A very happy customer!

Beautiful piece of furniture. Love it so much I am looking to order more items. Customer service was first class, helpful and informative. Delivery was excellent.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had a fault with settee and Indigo sent a leather specialist round. When that didn't work they replaced the whole suite with no fuss. Couldn't have been better. New suite fantastic, thank you x

Having already bought two bedroom sets of furniture - plank and loved the quality and after service decided recently to buy a matching plank dressing table mirror and a Tequila chest for the lounge . It was delivered by (Dane and Sean ) they were very polite and helpful putting the furniture exactly where we wanted it - they were also very knowledgable about their product and explained how to use the different products that are supplied to maintain . I would always choose this company when buying furniture for the house and eveyone asks where we got it when they visit and it still looks fab after many years

I had been looking for a rustic farmhouse style dining table for my new house for ages. My wife even joked with me that it's not exist what I liked.
When I found the Indigo Furniture website by chance, I immediately wanted to visit a showroom in order to see the quality of furniture with my eyes.
Aaron in Tunbridge Wells showroom was very kind and helpful.

I ordered the Miller’s Farmhouse Plank Table with a leather bench after I saw the fine materials and the superb craftsmanship.
They were finally delivered by Dane and Sean after counting down to the delivery day.
The delivery team contacted me in the morning on the day of the delivery and they arrived on time.
I am looking forward to purchasing more and highly recommend them to friends.
In fact, two friends already ordered since they saw our furniture.

Can't fault them! Excellent service and very accommodating when I needed the delivery to be in the morning due to shift patterns!

Indigo, you are one hell of a company!!!

I've bought a few pieces from you before but this is the first time I've left a review. I normally deal with Tracy via email or over the phone and she is amazing! Having recently moved house, she was full of good wishes and fingers crossed working towards exchange and worked effortlessly to get my oak table and bedsides delivered as close to the moving in date as possible. She even arranged for the delivery guys to rebuild my triple wardrobe - what other company does that?

Delivery day and Sean and Dane were brilliant. I was kept in touch, they were on time and nothing was too much trouble. Checking I was happy with everything they went on their 4 hour drive home!

I'm already making a list for the next piece of furniture which I can't wait to order!

The whole team at Indigo from the Tunbridge Wells shop to the Derby phone contacts and the delivery guys (David and Tom) were all helpful and kind. It was very good to see Indigo deliver their own furniture, which gives great reassurance of care and attention to detail.
Other companies make quite a meal of delivering to the north of Scotland, but Indigo took it in their stride - made every effort to meet our requirements, called with a 2 hour slot on the day and came when they said. They were careful, removed their shoes, and left us with the advice for care of the wood. We really like our hallway stand - a lovely piece of furniture.

We recently received delivery of the Miller Plank bed (no footend) with matching bedsides plus the 8 drawer junior chest and as an afterthought the stunning Orage linen duvet cover/pillowcases.
Wow from start to finish we cannot praise Indigo highly enough for every aspect of their service.
Mariona who took our order over the phone was simply beyond helpful and so lovely.
The two delivery guys were also great, Dane and Sean, what a team! Swift, professional and made sure placement was okay and also explained the aftercare of the furniture in detail.
And the furniture, well what can say, I am so glad we picked Indigo, it had the exact rustic look we had been searching so long for and the quality of the workmanship has just blown us away. Forget what you may think are other similar looking products out there because in my personal opinion they don't even compare.
We went with the junior chest of drawers as we loved the quirkiness of the little drawers at the top which are actually a very decent size but everything is perfection and we could not be happier.
Thanks Indigo, we will be purchasing again soon, and to any potential buyers out there I would recommend this company above all others if you are looking for such styles, you will certainly not be disappointed.

Brilliant yet again!

The delivery team went above and beyond - they removed one of internal doors so that nothing would get damaged by one of the larger items. They contacted customer support on my behalf using their own initiative after we noticed some minor flaws in the larger table and within 24 hours I had notification of a delivery date of a new table - I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

As per the delivery of our last order, the team were polite, helpful and friendly.

This is the second time we have purchased furniture from Indigo Furniture and we highly recommend them.
Their style of furniture is exactly what we like, the furniture is well made and the customer service is excellent.
All aspects of our purchase went very smoothly from ordering right through to delivery. Everyone at Indigo was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
We had to change the delivery date and there was no problem, they were happy to help. Thank you Rebecca Boxall in the Despatch Department.
The furniture was delivered on time and the delivery guys were very knowledgeable. They checked where the furniture was to be situated and because we have oak floors they put felt pads on the furniture before bringing it in. They were respectful of our home too. Thank you David and Tom.

If we could give 6 stars we would.The bedroom furniture ordered is simply stunning. This was a surprise gift for my sister, so when i phoned Indigo to place my order, I spoke to Tracy, she was an exceptional help in advising on handles and whether to put handles on blanket box etc, but above all in keeping it a secret. Putting notes on order that no one was to be spoken to regarding order apart from myself and my husband. Her order arrived today and was delivered by two extremely polite and professional young men David and Tom. Definitely a credit to the company and took time to explain how to care for the furniture.Even helping by carrying new mattress up the stairs.Thank you Indigo for truly breath taking pieces of furniture.
