I love Indigo furniture. I have now brought five items and each time the service has been outstanding. I cannot fault them in any way at all. Everytime I have been in store or on the phone the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Each delivery, the staff have also been very friendly.

Recently bought 2 broad arm sofas from Indigo in Matlock. The process from start to finish is excellent. Lovely friendly staff taking the order to a trouble free delivery, spot on the time slot. Would definitely recommend. There are cheaper furniture shops out there but for the customer care and quality furniture the extra cost is worth it

My house is beginning to look like an indigo showroom! I love the quality of their furniture. I now have a bookcase, desk, 2 leather club chairs, leather footstool, Chest of drawers, bedside table and side table! Wardrobe next me thinks! Friends comments....wow, that is beautiful.

Delivery guys are pleasant and get the job done with no hassle.

I stumbled upon Indigo Furniture while looking for a new chest of drawers. They stood out immediately with the quality of their products, and the quality of their website. I ordered a beautiful pine chest (Merchant's Plank Chest of drawers) which arrived with a very smooth delivery process and a really helpful delivery team. The chest of drawers was carried upstairs and installed seamlessly. And the chest itself is BEAUTIFUL!

indigo are a company who offer real consideration to their customers and are tolerant and patient when we change our minds or feel we might have made an incorrect choice. With this in mind, they readily changed one tallboy for another and the delivery people were unfailingly careful, professional and polite. Could not ask for much more than that. Plus the fact that Indigo furniture is simply the best.

I am very impressed with the recent delivery of four leather dining chairs, the quality is fantastic. I also received great service from Hannah & Helen, so much so, that I have ordered another two chairs.

In line with my experience when I have ordered from Indigo before, I had helpful advance warning of the delivery date for my new wardrobe, a subsequent confirmation of a one hour slot and then both Sean and David delivered on time and were friendly, helpful and professional in getting our new wardrobe up into the spare bedroom.

The ‘deliver to room’ service (and additional option we paid for to have the wardrobe delivered in sections to be assembled on site to avoid any problems getting up the narrow staircase) were much appreciated.

The delivery bit is one of the things that makes such a difference when you are investing in a large new piece of furniture and would be part of my recommendation to others considering buying from Indigo.

I have placed several orders with Indigo and have never been disappointed. The quality of their furniture is extremely high and friends/family have commented on what nice pieces they are. Well worth the price tag.

Am in awe of Indigo Furniture's deliverymen Sean and Shane T for the care they took over delivering our table and chairs this morning. I hadn't realised what a tight squeeze it would be to get the furniture into our cottage, but they did such a careful and considerate job. And they even stroked the dog, who gets upset when anyone starts moving furniture around. The furniture is absolutely beautiful - we couldn't be happier! Thanks for a very positive experience all round.

We’ve shopped with Indigo for years. They are so professional and helpful . The Harrogate store couldn’t be better. We had furniture and lamps delivered today by Shane T and Sean- very polite and very friendly.

All the team were friendly and courteous, the delivery team insisted on taking their shoes off straight away. They explained about the care kit for our bedroom furniture which was very welcomed indeed.

Indigo provide truly excellent furniture and quality accessories. It is quite breathtaking to see in reality the end product, whether leather, fabric or wood furniture, of an item you liked the look of online and hoped would look so good.

Indigo take time to make and deliver their goods, so patience is needed when ordering. However, the end product is absolutely outstanding. Service is on time, courteous and professional. Your patience is rewarded by a service and product quality rarely experienced these days, which puts a smile on everyone.

It's easy to buy British when the experience and quality is so good.

We’ve now bought several pieces from Indigo including our bed and a dining table and chairs. I couldn’t be happier with it. Great quality, really handsome looking and brilliant customer service both online and in person from the delivery team. I’m sure we’ll enjoy our furniture for years to come.

Just a quick note to thank you for the sofa. We are really impressed with it - the leather, the colour and the workmanship is excellent. It goes perfectly with our snug area. Can I also thank Tracy and Rebecca for their help - excellent customer service from start to finish and also a big thanks to Sean and David from the delivery team. They were bang on time (to the second!) were really kind and assembled everything together for me. I'm one happy customer and will be in touch soon with more orders!!

We purchased an aged oak bedroom set at Christmas (bed, side tables and a tallboy) and grand plank bookcase and were extremely pleased with them. So much so that we recently ordered a secondary bookcase, coffee table and TV stand to match.

Indigo have kept us updated throughout the process and have been a pleasure to deal with.

The quality of the furniture is second to none and doesn't have the "chintzy" feel like some of the other competitors we visited.

The delivery teams (most recently Sean and Shane) were friendly and very professional.

Firstly, I don't make a habit of giving feedback, so it is a pleasure to find a company that I feel strongly enough about to be compelled into the task. Secondly, I have found Indigo a pleasure to do business with and worthy of a shout out. The staff in Harrogate were helpful without being pushy, the team who arrange the deliveries were exceedingly helpful & even flexible when I had to re-arrange due to a family bereavement and, finally the team who delivered the furniture were polite and removed all the packaging too. I don't suppose we buy based solely on the people we come into contact with and who represent the company, so what about the furniture I bought? Well, it's too early to say anything about longevity, but the box of care products is a super nice touch. To have a little swatch of leather which can be used post sale for matching is also really helpful. The product appears to be a good choice; the chairs are certainly comfortable and look smart, the style and leather seem to be 'quality' and, overall, I am genuinely a happy customer and recommend Indigo to those that are looking to buy from the company.
