What an amazing company.
In a world where customer service has fallen off a cliff edge these guys are amazing.
Lets me honest I'm a complete muppet sometimes and if there is a way of getting something technical wrong i'll find it.
Every step of the way they have helped, during set up, changing the box when the battery died and registering the new box on my kit.
The turn around time to get the new box out was just a couple of days.
I've recently purchased a 2nd airbag and they helped again getting it set up on one account.
They are always friendly and always helpful.
Other business should take note this is how customer service is done!!!

I've had my Icon vest since they came to the UK, luckily never 'used' it but wear it for every ride.
The battery was getting a little tired so I approached In&Motion at this years ABR - they couldn't have been more helpful. They replaced my box with a new one at no cost.
Excellent service.

Ripoff £120 a year or £400 outright, so i got some leathers with this air bag system built in and i cant use it unless i want to pay for a subscription. trying to profit of people having accidents. and then if you need to replace the canister its £90. for some reason you made the gas canister also hold the electrics so you can charge stupidly high prices. anything with this rubbish ripoff system in i wont buy. and the control unitl i got with my leathers is in the bin, and you wont be able to get a penny out of me.

Just a free piece of advice, these systems are totally impractical and do not work. I replaced mine with the Dainese system because it is far better. It is worth the costs. My In&Motion system in my RST jacket was a nightmare to get out each time i had to charge it (which is way too often so they are useless for long journeys) so I stopped using it. When i did finally think I had needed to get back to using it the pack would not work at all. In&Motion claimed I needed to send it back to get fixed but I would not get it out of the jacket so I would have had to send my only jacket so in the end I broker the whole thing up and threw it away so I could still use the jacket. In&Motion now want to charge me £100 for the final kit because I did not return it! Just rubbish product and rubbsih service. Do not buy one!

Website and app doesnt work. I have tried several phones and computers and when trying to order my In&box and start a monthly subscription using a referral code, it keeps saying an error has occurred. I have tried several different cards and nothing is working. I have message them directly and spoke to RST and it seems like in&motion are well known for their poor customer service which is based in France. I know many french companies lack good customer service, but this is a safety product which means from start to finish, it should be seamless and without issue. Very worried about their product seeing as they cant even get their website to work properly. When you use their website, it keeps taking you to different regions CONSTANTLY, meaning it will go from the UK (correct) to France, to US etc, its basic website design and they dont know! I still have no in&motion box and I have a suit that I cant use as its not safe and they just dont care about it.

I ordered a In&Motion unit but due to circumstances never got around to activating it.
I paid for a whole year up front and posted it back to them un-opened. They refused to refund ANY money at all. So not only will they steal your money, but if you have an accident using their unit and you're not fully paid up, they will happily let you die.

Best and smart airbag tech with a smart (but not for all ;-) ) way to buy or rent.
I had several airbags in the past and by far the best: comfortable, easy to use and you get a lot of information from the company about why your product is getting better.
By the way, I use the Klim version.

As others have stated in negative reviews, the business model is odd and convoluted. You can only cancel your payments if you send the unit (which you bought from a shop) to them.
From my interactions and from other reviews, it seems that the conpany has little interest in customer retention and positive experiences. They want your subscription money, and it's difficult to leave.
My story is that I followed the steps in the app to activate the device but failed to scan my free code with the RST suit. I contacted them within an hour to explain the mistake. However, they wouldn't cancel the subscription and honor the free track option. They didn't offer a 14 day cooling off option. When I raised this they gave the standard reply as seen in the other negative reviews. As you can see, they say in simple terms that you signed up for it, you need to return the box. And that's that.
I would avoid. After I return the box and cancel, I will find a company who values customers and customer experience instead.

On one side it is:
- a great product that can save lives
- the app is rather convenient
On the other side:
- expensive subscription for an infrequent driver
- I find it hard to wear the airbag during hot periods
- it requires to think to recharge it frequently
As a consequence, I decided to buy it and use it only for trips above 20 minutes

Very expensive option - DO NOT RENT £120 PER YEAR IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. My advice is to do some homework as there are much better and affordable options out there. Be aware you may have rented this box as part of purchasing leathers or air vest and have no idea it is not yours and nothing to do with your original purchase,

THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Just as other subscribers have said, I had an air vest for racing and when I grew out of it left it in the wardrobe not aware that the actual In&Motion box was a subscription that only got cancelled on return of the device to France - not that I purchased it separately or had any idea that it automatically renewed. My card had changed so they hadn't taken the subscription for three years but they kept on trying and eventually took £360 - AS YOU CAN IMAGE I THOUGHT IT WAS CANCELLED LONG AGO.

Strongly advise not to use this system , as when I brought my RST leathers I wasn't made aware the actual module you need was actually rented from a separate company, only told it was upto me if I wanna active the air bag system, so after paying £12 amonth over nearly 3 years I emailed the company directly to cancel my account as I hardly used my bike etc , then to get a email back saying if I wanted to cancel my account I will have to pay postage etc as it's my responsibility to return the module to France , even tho it was supplied with my leathers , also was informed they will keep taking money out until they receive the thing back , wasn't impressed when they also threatened me with debt collectors if I didn't return it , how can they these have the nerve , , so be warned the reviews you have read so far on here is 100% and if I knew this before I wouldn't have gone with the airbag system in my leathers , worst company ever
So if I didn't sign up in the first place , they wouldn't even know I had the air bag module , so don't say you ain't been warned , better off going else where , as when I sell my leathers the air bag system would be useless until the new owner signs back up when these money grabbing company , no wonder why they don't pay for returns as it's just cost me £41.80 to return it to them recorded delivery , at least that way I will have proof that they received it so they don't con me any further

For your information, even if you've been renting the In&box for several years, you don't become the owner once you've paid €400 for it.
For example, if you've been renting a house for 40 years, it doesn't become yours because you've spent the purchase price on renting it.
It doesn't work like that.
I invite you to contact your lawyer if you wish.

There are better and cheaper systems.
Avoid buying from this company they will keep charging you bank account, even after you have cancelled the subscription.

Absolutely disgusting company. I've sold my leathers, informed them of this and yes they still 1 month later take money from my account. I never even purchased the box from them, It was purchased with the leathers from the store. They wanted me to send an item back to them which I owned at the time. Instead I sold the item on.
