Very poor quality

Very poor quality. After a month using it one of the front wheels stopped working and till now, no response from them. What can I say...I really expected at least to last me a while.

Bought a 3 in 1 travel system

Bought a 3 in 1 travel system. The system arrived with pieces missing.. cannot attach the travel seat to the buggy. The storage net beneath the buggy is also torn along the zipper, brutal quality, 300€ for a piece of excrement that I cannot use is a complete joke

Hi is they a email for infababy as I ordered a travel system lovely came everything great as I brought for someone I know she has only just used it for her baby as only just arrived and when she went to adjust it the side bit broken ive got pics just wondering if a email etc as can't find any homepage or oat now

I purchased the Infababy Safe-Plus…

I purchased the Infababy Safe-Plus Isofix Car Seat - Group 123 - City Red online as loved the cup holder feature. I was so disappointed when the seat arrived and the cup holder supplied didn’t actually fit. I only discovered this after emailing the company asking how to fit it. I emailed asking when the correct cup holder would be back in stock and was offered a £5 refund as they didn’t know when it would be back in stock. I was then offered a £10 refund as I said I wanted to return it for a full refund. I personally didn’t think this was enough when the whole reason I purchased this car seat over others was for the cup holder feature and said I wanted to return it for a full refund. They refused to pay for postage for the item to be returned even though it didn’t match the description advertised. This has left me £13.76 out of pocket. If they’ve emailed in the first place saying I would have cancelled the order. It took over a month to get my refund!

Bad experience

Bad experience! I bought a frame for the ultimo 3 in 1 stroller, but it came without wheels and it doesn't even allow me to add the separate wheels to the basket. I want to return the package. They dont answer to email!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, sub standard products, no response from any customer service. Impossible to get a response. Both the pram and buggie I purchased ripped before they were used. Absolute rubbish!!

Hate writing bad reviews

Hate writing bad reviews but I like the other customers below am having issues with infababy contacting me back.
We bought an Ultimo 3 in 1 travel system (3 wheels) the black beauty on November 2nd 2022, order number #1017564. Our baby isn't due until April 2nd, so we are only getting around to opening the boxes and putting it together now.
When we opened the 3 boxes we only had the car seat, the seat and bumper, the frame, isofix and a few other pieces we had ordered, we had no bassinet, foot cover, mattress etc. So a 2 in one only came.
Emailed infababy on the Feb 10th and have heard nothing back. Now we have a baby coming in 5 weeks and no bassinet.

Need Infababy customer care attention

Hi, I'm writing this review to get Infababy customer service's attention. My order number is 1019023. I sent an email to cancel to the order a week back(before the item was shipped) and then an follow up email but no one replied and ended up shipping the item. I didn't accept the parcel and returned it now but worried if i will get the refund. Appreciate if someone can respond.

Worst experience

I placed an order for an Ario cot 14 days ago and it was not delivered. I have emailed multiple times but no reply from their side. Very poor customer service. I even tried messaging on the live chat option but no response. There's no phone number mentioned on the website. Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with this company, bought a car seat from them a year ago that was advertised as rearfacing till 18kg, we thought our two year old was starting to look cramped and so went and got the instructions to find it's not up to 18kg as the customer service agent told me it's to 13kg, it was also advertised as up to 18kg on their site also, wouldn't trust them if they can't get this right, in all honesty if I could afford it I'd be buying a new car seat.

AVOID SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I purchased an infababy travel system last year, my granddaughter is 6 months old the the wheel has broken you can't have the wheels in the swivel position as the right wheel does not swivel back and tries to fold in under itself. I emailed and told them they told me to clean it and spray with WD-40 which we did the fault is the same as I told them in my next now they are ignoring my emails. Extremely poor customer care im out of pocket and my granddaughter needs a new pushchair . I will be reports to trading standards . Avoid at all costs

Still waiting for delivery

I ordered a travel system + isofix on 04/02/2023 at infababy.ie and it says up to 3 business days to delivery. Today 15/02 I am still waiting. I have the track code that says they don't have the parcel yet. Infababy when it will be delivered?

Still waiting for tracking number even though I ordered Monday the 6th with fast delivery in Ireland and haven’t even received anything and emailed for customer service to get tracking number and no reply back only an automated email saying they office is under renovation between the 6-15th February…. I just hope I get my pram …

Avoid Infababy

If I could give 0 stars I would...but unfortunately there isn't a 0 stat option.I bought a stroller for my son and chose the blue option.I received an email a few days later to say it wasn't in stock and I'd already been charged for it.They gave me an option of grey or lavender so I chose grey.Then I received another email saying the blue was back in stock and they would send that out.When I opened the box it was lavender.I tried ringing them numerous times and emailed them but nothing.Then I continued to ring and email for the next fee days.I got a response email saying they would offer me a €20 refund and send me the blue fabric to change on the stroller myself.I asked when this fabric would be in and they didn't have a time frame.I told them I wanted a full refund and was told this would be passed to senior management for review.That was a week ago and I've heard nothing.So I've had to do a chargeback with my bank as I have received no correspondence from them at all.And they haven't sent a courier to pick up the wormg stroller and I requested this over a week ago.Avoid if you can.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY

Do not recommend, we’re out of pocket due to this company with terrible customer service!

We bought what we thought we be the perfect car seat in good time for our arrival. When it came to install the seat we realised it wouldn’t fit our car.

So, with that, we though no problem we will return and change for something suitable.

It turns out returning items is extremely difficult with this company and they also charge you to take stock back with two different deductions.

After paying for recorded delivery via parcel force to the address given by infa baby themselves following all instructions by them, they tell us it was never received.

Ok, we thought, it’s insured through parcel force we will contact them, due to it being signed for at the correct supplied address they tell us it’s not down to them.

They confirmed it was delivered to the correct address supplied by infa baby and also singed for by the a recipient that generally signs for parcels at this address.

Yet, infa baby insists it’s not been delivered.

So we’re a seat down and out of pocket to the tune of £140!

AVOID!!!!!!
