Double joy
Easy to purchase pram is well made nice and sturdy both baby and toddler fit well in it. Only negative point was paid delivery as we needed it for a trip away but it arrived late because of parcel force strike pram is as described and are happy with purchase 😊

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Advised they hadn’t received our return, made us open a claim and when received the evidence that they had in fact received it, didn’t even acknowledge or apologise for the inconvenience and days lost. Only response was that the item has been deemed as used. It most definitely has not been used and there was no explanation given as to why they think it has. Will be taking this further, however be warned. I wouldn’t use this company again if you paid me

Frames bent and scratched and when…
Frames bent and scratched and when asked for a refund and for product to be collected I was simply told marks can happen as they are all done through hand in the factory, and that the materiel was creased. No date for refund or when they can collect basically that they didn’t see the problem. Still waiting for a date for refund and collection.

Very bad quality my hood on my pram and my car seat wasn’t Evan straight, my carry cot is slanted the top part is further down than the bottom, would not recommend bad quality.

Poor customers service. They took my money and did not send me the items . And they didn't even bother to contact me . When I contacted them at first they said yeah the items been packed and prioritised for delivery. After they said ohh sorry the item was out of stock when you placed the order 😒

The wheel on my pram came faulty and refused replacement
The wheel on my pram came faulty/damaged and they had refused to give me a replacement because I didn’t report it within a time period but I wasn’t to know as I was still pregnant at the time, therefore, wasn’t using the pram. Iv had to purchase another wheel at the price of £37 with delivery or else i can’t use the buggy, I am so disappointed that Iv purchased a travel system at nearly £500 and had to also buy another wheel because I was refused a replacement.

A broken pram.
The pram came with some of the hooks broken and even the packaging does not look new, so much old adhesive tape and even glue on the box which looks very weird and strange for a new pram box. The pram cannot be assembled due to the broken hooks.
I sent an email yesterday but has not been responded and I urgently need this pram that is why I ordered for it but I am now disappointed with how it turned out to be.
I want a new one as soon as possible.

I ordered a 4 wheel travel sistem(ultimo black saffron)+ and additional changing bag. First time I received 3 wheels frame, right colour , they’ve collected it back saying that they will send me another one, after chasing them for weeks cause they obviously don’t have a phone number and they never answer back on emails , they send me the second box with the wrong colour frame-black and grey
At this point I am stuck with a travel system in two different colours, I can’t even use it, and I paid 440£ + I never received the changing bag (apparently it’s still coming)
I am trying to get a refund and they just disappeared, no answers at all
I am calling the police and I will find who is responsible for this, because you stealing money from people, this company should be closed

Worst company ever.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer support from this company, lack of communication is diabolical, gave me a non valid tracking number for DHL, yet the website says they use Parcelforce for deliveries, and will not reply to my emails. I have no idea at what stage my order is, if it has even been ordered, will be reporting this company as a scam company.
I have emailed you and you have cancelled my order, so why have you now sent it out!!

3in1 stylo gold diamond
Seen a pram on your website that i loved the look off, read it over and over to make sure it was definatly the one i wanted. Loved it when it came. Loved that the carseat matched the carrycot/pushchair. Also the clip is loveheart shaped, love it. Easy to assemle and to put down. Carseat is nice and light.
Downside to this 3in1 stylo gold diamond is that the carrycot unit does not come with a mattress, how can a new born be placed onto a unit with all the straps and buckles. Would have also liked the 3in1 to have come with a matching changing bag. So i myself need to purchase a mattress for this.
