Purchased a bike through this company, 01/09/23
So many things wrong with it, so much so, it’s a danger to life, and a fire Hazard.
Charger was crackling and loose bits inside,
Wheels scratched and dents in frame, forks loose, mudguard scratched, unreal.
Customer support terrible, I contacted infinity e-bikes who also go by the name infinity energy organisation.I sent pictures and video evidence, they agreed to collect and refund, but not heard anything since, they are ignoring calls, emails, and texts.
luckily I paid via PayPal so an ongoing case to get refund.
I’ll be back with an update.

Finally got a refund via PAYPAL, but no thanks to the sellers, they made it as difficult as possible and dragged it out, kicking and screaming all the way,
