I bought my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding rings from ingle and Rhode and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rings themselves are lovely and it was so important for us to have the piece of mind on where they were coming from. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic with great communication and were able to work with us on timescales with things like re-sizing in time for the wedding. Great experience and amazing products - highly recommended.

We were so happy with our bespoke engagement and wedding rings that we commissioned a further ring with Ingle and Rhode to celebrate the birth of our son. They worked well with us to convert the ideas in our head into designs on paper and were responsive to the changes we wanted to make along the way. The CAD images are amazing and give you a real sense of what the finished product will look like - we were not disappointed! We also take great comfort in our jewellery being ethically sourced by Ingle and Rhode. Excellent service throughout and a quality, bespoke ring - very happy customers!

I bought my wedding ring from here. I've never worn jewellery before and they took me through all the options and how it should be fitted. After wearing it for a few weeks I had it made slightly smaller and there was no charge. The ring is incredibly high quality and I'm very happy with it.

The amazing thing about them was the customer service, there are places I could have got a similar ring cheaper, but to have faith that the ring has been sourced ethically and for the experience to be so positive was very important to me.

This was our first time at a bespoke jeweller, and it was really a very very pleasant experience compared to the usual high street scrum. We were buying a ring for a special occasion and the act of discussing and choosing the design all helped to add to the special nature of the purchase.

We are absolutely delighted with our rings! We started with one of the set designs, modified it a bit, were proved with a sketch, a CAD graphic and the engagement and wedding ring arrived on time and looked better than in the pictures. This was all done by Ingle & Rhode in a professional and friendly manner. The whole exercise was a pleasure.

We bought our engagement and wedding ring with Ingle and Rhode. Both times the service has been great. They're friendly and helpful with ring design. They didn't pressure us at all into choosing a design but helped with some suggestions. It made us feel better that we knew exactly where the stones originated from.I would recommend their ethical service to anyone.
