Mr. Ingle, Mr. Rhode and all of the staff which we dealt with are incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable. They clearly have vast experience and a great range of products to choose from. No 'pushy' sales ethos whatsoever - they recognise that buying jewellery (specifically engagement and/or a wedding ring) is a very significant decision. Great range of quality, ethically-sourced Canadian diamonds to choose from too.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend. The service provided was attentive & consultative and helped me choose the perfect engagement ring. Luckily for me the size of the ring was in stock as well so I didn’t need to do any resizing. The ring selection was varied and they weren’t overpriced. Will definitely go back to get our wedding bands.

I Met with David about a engagement and wedding ring for my wife, the service was amazing. Not rushed and tailored to our needs, she liked a particular gem and colour. They hunted around for various types of the same stone and gave us multiple options which was great and also the design was personalised to us. Importantly the after care has also been 2nd to none. The whole experience made us both feel very special and I can't recommend them enough. A trusted company with customer care and quality at the heart! Cheers guys for our amazing rings x
