Bought a head unit from Ian for my grand daughters golf Ian coded it and fitted it in and set it up. What a very knowledgeable guy it's great to deal with someone who is honest and not wanting to rip you off if you need anything on the lines Ians ya man highly recommended.

Brought my VW Discover Media headunit back to life
After the screen on my VW Discover Media headunit started getting dead-spots and then ultimately ghosting to the point that the only screen I could have it on was the Main Menu (otherwise it’d call people or change sat-nav destinations) I got in touch with this company.
Whilst I’m £320 lighter, the unit now works as it should do!
Ian at Ingleby Electronics was able offer either a DIY or workshop option, and spoke about the next steps should it have been more that just the screen that needed replacing (ie: it carried on ghosting, meaning other parts were at fault).
He was able to answer all my questions and give me a realistic idea what my unit would need.
Luckily only one part needed replacing - which was great considering VW wanted £1200 for a replacement!
He turned it around quickly, keeping me updated with videos of it working.
