Prompt and friendly reliable communication
I completed an online form and received a phone call within the hour. I first spoke with Natalia who asked me some questions, she then transferred me to Gabriel who asked more in depth questions about my personal injury. The process was explained to me fully, and in a way I could understand. Both call handlers were very friendly and helpful.

Don’t go to these people. They waste your time a d get nowhere for you
I contacted them initially and told them the problem I was having and gave more than enough proof. Also told them I had never signed anything - this was at an anaesthetic salon for beauty treatments and my face had literally been mistakes by the multiple injectables that was used in an attempt to correct the initial treatment that had gone wrong. They took the case. I spent ages sending all the proofs over. Pictures emails and texts. He admitted it in the texts and at one point sent his insurance details. However 9 months after taking it on they just said he showed u signed for it. I told them it was fake as he only done stuff on the tablet but I would do mine in writing when I got there for the other procedures. I signed nothing for the one that went wrong They just didn’t care. Wasted a year and I only had a year left to bring it to court because of statue of limitations Obviously got a better case to follow up on but they were uncommunicative and decided theyjust didn’t want to do it anymore Unprofessional. Incompetent and clearly no concern for the people that go to them
