Made an order, received the email confirmation then nothing else. Waited 2 weeks to ask for an update. No reply. Waited another week, contacted them again. No reply. Requested a refund through PayPal a month after I made the order. Terrible company. Do not recommend.
Absolutely horrendous company - do not purchase from them. I ordered seat covers which stated 7-10 days lead time. After four weeks i started emailing and getting fobbed off with excuses. I obviously wanted these asap on my new van..... four months of bullshtt later and still no covers, i did a charge back through credit card thankfully.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered ford transit seat covers and floor mat costing over £350. January 30th and to this date 22nd April still no product has been delivered. Nothing. Very very poor customer service and why garuantee a service over the website saying up to 14 days for delivery and waste peoples time and money hoping your product was going to show up.
Poor poor poor avoid at all costs, I’ve asked now for a refund and got ignored this was a week ago so I’ve had to request the bank to chase up the payment for goods not received

Ordered, confirmed then nothing!! Emailed with no response back so I emailed again (3 times) still ignored. Seat covers turned up finally today and to be honest I wish I didn’t bother! They aren’t great and seem like universal seat covers for a very high price! Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible!!

Should have read these reviews before spending my money. I placed an order 13th march 2026, over a month later no update from them. Only DHL, who have said there is a holdup on delivery and after speaking with them its due to DHL not receiving my items.

Awful company and items. The product took weeks to arrive after advising 3-5 days. When arrived the quality was really poor, items didn’t fit, whipped, straps fell off.
Refund has been requested and the company do not respond.
