We have been going here for years for ink and paper. In January we needed a new sublimation printer as ours broke, so we decided to go here for a new printer as they told us about a new system. The colours from this printer have always been a little different from the old printer but we put it down to different a ICC profile/settings. However, it got progressively worse to the point were it just printed brown, even using all the correct settings and trying different ones. We asked them about the colours in August and they told us that it was a photoshop problem, so I was on to photoahop for days to and had multiple people look at the settings, with no luck. I printed out through GIMP and they still printed brown. We took it in to the shop where they printed out a test print and sent it back saying it was fine (for £35) but when it was sent back the test print seemed to have the brown tint. We ended up buying a new printer from somewhere else before completely giving up sublimation and the colours are perfect, exactly as they should be with no brown tint. I have photos of prints from the 2 different printes side by side and the colour difference is bad. We have contacted Ink Express again and they are saying they can't help as it isn't a printer problem but it has to be. They told me I had all the printing settings correct. If it was a photoshop problem, the new printer would print incorrectly. We are so disappointed as this printer was only bought in January and we have been customers here for years. We have wasted money on ink, paper and materials trying to get these colours right, not to mention having to buy a whole new printer from somewhere else.

Received acceptable service and the long use of this product has been useful.
