Very helpful staff
I ordered the wrong size paper and requested to return it and replace with the correct size. The company contacted me as the product I wanted was out of stock so it was agreed I would take an alternative product and pay the additional cost. The staff member was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Slow delivery
Have used you before and been very happy. However this time i ordered ink and I think I requested first class delivery. This is now the 6th day after it was ordered and it has not arrived. And it was really needed for a financial issue requiring a hard copy. Very disappointing and I really hope it is here tomorrow although I will have to buy elsewhere today. I appreciate it may be the fault of Royal Mail but at the very least you may wish to advise possible customers of issues or complaints of this.
