Owner Calls Every Customer with an Issue to Scream at Them
Let's see... I ordered an $80 CIS from this company and received it a week later, and when I went to install it, I noticed numerous inconsistencies with the product compared with the video tutorial. For instance, all the hoses were installed backwards. I had to jerryrig it to fit into the printer with the correct hose orientation, only to find out that my printer rejected it entirely, and gave me countless errors. I tried calling a dozen times for troubleshooting, but got no answer, and their voice mail box was full. They even hung up on me mid-ring multiple times. Fed up, I tried writing an email, and I also went ahead and put in a paypal refund dispute. What happened after was I get a call (from I presume the owner, since he had the same voice as in the video tutorial), and I tried to start off as patient, but he immediately called me 1) unintelligent 2) ugly? 3) a scam artist. I was willing to remove the dispute with some help and a quick walk through, but the hostility was unreal. He even said the words to me "you're the type of person who thinks nothing is ever your fault, it's always somebody else's fault." Projection much? He must have high blood pressure. I hope he can get the help he needs to relax and make his business succeed.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.............
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER..... OWNER HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! CIS saves lots of money BUT the aggravation is not worth it. Owner HUNG UP on me when said I would stop doing business with them if they could not ship a replacement cartridge over night to fix my brand new CIS system. I have been dealing with them for years and they can not spend $15 to get me out of a jam. This was a brand new printer and brand new CIS system. I called back and he claimed I insulted him and would not talk to me. Tom said "He did not give a damn" Someone else got the phone and told me I could return it but then hung before I could get the information.
The CIS INK SYSTEM WORST FREAKIN THING…
The CIS INK SYSTEM WORST FREAKIN THING EVER WORKED FOR FIRST WEEK THAN HAVE had nothing but problems since seriously DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Great Ink. Great Support
I have been doing business with InkProducts.com for approx. 8 years now. I get fair prices, great quality ink, and the BEST service. I have bought bulk ink refill, refillable cartridges and several CIS systems (Continuous Ink Systems.) The ink always ships the next day. I can count on the ink arriving just what I ordered. If I need an extra needle or tip to a syringe no problem.
Ink today is very high tech. Ink manufactures add special chemicals or additives to the ink the average lay person does not know about. Ink Product knows about the proper additives. They sell high-quality ink for the right printer. No reason to use or take a chance on inferior ink that plugs the print head and causes problems.
Whenever I have a printer challenge, Tom is there to answer a quick question. This assistance is priceless to me! His knowledge is fabulous. He knows more than the HP technicians you get on the phone and spend hours on a problem with no solution. He gives real answers.
Prior to calling Ink Products, I have spent hours on the computer researching printer problems with cartridges, cleaning print heads, looking up error codes & solutions that do not work. I have done it so much I hate printers now. But Ink Products & Tom provide great ink and support. This is priceless, and the ink is worth it
I dient even get my stuff
I dient even get my stuff, now they dont even respond to my e-mails.... bought 50€ of stuff and didnt recieve any.
DONT GET ANYTHING HERE, they Will RIP YOU OFF.
Unacceptable Vendor
Sends the wrong product which can damage the printer. The color of the package on the ink is completely different than what I ordered. You would have to be blind not to see the difference. I asked if they were equivalent and they were not. So I complained. They got upset with me for complaining they send the wrong ink!! Mokes at work. There is something suspicious about them: where do they get their ink? Who makes it? How do they get the cartridges? I stopped doing business with them. Inept and crazy.
The best customer support I have experienced!
I had just installed an ink refill system on my Epson printer. After a while it refused to recognize the cartridges. I called Tom at inkproducts.com for any help I could get. I was guided through significant diagnosis and all the checks verified that the chip on the Epson was the source of the problem. My only realistic hope was to get a printer recommendation from Tom. Not only did I get a recommendation but he came up with a VERY fair solution for equipping my new printer with a great system to refill ink. He went WAY beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to find a person who not only supports his products but the customers who use them!

I made a purchase order for a refill kit and recieved 2 black inks instead of cyan. I dont use the printer that often and when I went to refill the catridge, I find there is no cyan ink. They say that it cannot be replaced now.

I have been using this company for years but now the site will not let me have access. I attempted to just go to the site and it ask for my user name and password. After I enter it I am told it is wrong. I hope this company has not been hacked or worse shut down. Use caution.
AMAZING PRODUCT WITH CONSTANT INNOVATIONS
Tom, I have been a customer of your products for over 4 years now,
and figure I've saved $1K at least by employing them to my printers
over that time. I especially love the new chip resetter for the Canon
270/271 OEM cartridges and the accompanying kit to perform the
refills...works like a dream, and print quality is perfect. I have to
thank you for all the hard work you and your crew do to keep up with
all the new printers coming out, it's fantastic how you continually
develop products to meet those demands. If there was a Hall Of Fame
for ink products YOU should be inducted... your products are top
notch, and your customer service and advice always hit the mark. Great
job! You're a true treasure!

CIS for Canon 2320
Contact with this group was not helpful, at times they are rude.
i returned the system after it failed installation. The printer rejected it after several attempts with the same message each time. The system made mess of my printer, the only time that ink came out of the system. I put the system in a bag and returned it the was it came out. Their response was rude and stated the return was not packaged the way I received this is understandable since I attempted to install it several times. They refuse to issue refund because it WAS NOT THE WAY I RECEIVED IT --IMAGINE THAT. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Its cost me $120 to learn this

Reply from Inkproducts
great products, great support
I bought the continuous ink system and bulk ink for my Canon MX 922. The system works well and the ink is great. Tom and his people back the products 100% and provide excellent customer service.
Great products and service
I have been shopping with Inkproducts for at least 4 years and have gotten nothing but great products and great service.
Product Bad, Printheads died after 3 months. $131 Down The Drain
Brand New HP 5740. Bought the CISS from this Company. Installed everything exactly as shown in their Guide and video. Had some error messages, so called and spoke to Scott. He was helpful and specifically advised me to raise the printer 1-2". Worked great for 3 months, then suddenly for no reason in the middle of a printing session (3 documents, 2 pages each), the color started skipping, and the black totally absent. 3 calls to Scott, and 8 hours inside the printer with the "purge tool ", failed to get the color and Black printing normally again. Lowered the printer back to the ink tank level (Scott denied he ever told me to raise it, but I wrote it down). Don't know if that caused the heads to fail. The part of the block that contacts the printhead in my kit are identical, and don't match the picture in the Guide that shows the color block as wider but shorter. So I had two purge blocks for black printheads. This wouldn't have made a difference, since the black printhead failed to produce any black ink at the head opening even though I was using the correct purge block. Lots more purging and blotting and moaning, until I gave up. Put the original HP starter cartridges in the printer, and started writing this NEGATIVE review to add my experience about this product. $130 wasted, 8 hrs gone. They charge $47 for a new black printhead. Don't fall for the "Lost Cost Fallacy" and spend another dime on parts from this company. Don't buy the kit for HP printers, is what I can tell you FOR SURE. It DOESN'T LAST.
Bad product and customer service
I would warn anybody that does business with Inkproducts DON'T
I purchased a CISS for my Pixma pro 100, it failed from the beginning
I returned the defective product, had to pay for shipping, a month later I called InkProducts, was told that I would get a refund minus restocking fees(can you believe the defective product is going to be restocked?) was told that is company policy.
Still waiting for my refund,
Apparently uses customers as experimental animals, i.e. no engineering
I filed a complaint and PayPal got me a refund after a ruling in my favor. However, I wasted enormous amounts of time and extra money to demonstrate that Inkproducts' dye based inks are not a reliable substitute for pigment based ink. I went through three brand new printers, about an extra $165 (in genuine new HP cartridges and extra Inkproducts' ink), and perhaps 30 hours of work to demonstrate that only pigment based ink will reliably work in a HP7612 printer; not dye based ink as Inkproducts claims. Later, after corresponding with one of their competitors, Ink City Express, I found they had discontinued selling dye based ink for this printer because it would not reliably work.
For my trouble Inkproducts has blackballed me by not accepting my orders. Since my printer only works with pigment based ink, I need Ink. Apparently, if you get these guys mad at you they don't want your money. So, I'll give them what they deserve, i.e. the truth about their incompetence.
Very disgruntled,
Daniel Ziemba
Never worked correct from the beginning!
The sponge in all the cartridges would not completely fill from the start. Tried for hours to fill, even back filling the reservoir from the sponge side. Finally installed but would not print more than 2 pages back to back with out running out of ink. The reservoirs never need ink but the sponges run dry. 2 years later now with lots of ink left and you can't refill the sponge and get it back into the printer without it ALL leaking out. Ink.junk says I got my 2 years worth and hung up.
Glowing Testimonial
Best refill kit ever! I can't tell you how thrilled I am to be able to fill the ink cartridges for our new Canon MX922 home printer using your handy system. We have a heavy-duty Canon PIXMA at work, where I am responsible for all our photography, graphic design and printing. I was taught by my predecessor how to fill the ink cartridges, which requires a specific re-setter. I have to buy the six individual colors we use by the quart, as we use that much, so I am constantly refilling cartridges. Naturally, I assumed there would be an equivalent system for our personal printer. At first, researching it on line was discouraging, as it appeared there were no re-setters for this printer, or any user-friendly way to do refills (other than buying new sets of chips to affix to the cartridges--which is dodgy and designed to be discouraging). Somehow I just knew there had to be a way, and happily finally landed on your site inkproducts.com. Your step-by-step video instruction is excellent, and very user-friendly. As I was already an old hand at working with cartridges, there were only a few adaptations to be aware of to get your system down pat. Our printer accepted the ink immediately, and the colors were true. Thank you so much for providing this cost-effective alternative to cartridge price gouging.
Constant errors from cartridges not recognized - poor service
From the beginning, my Epson printer gave frequent "cartridge not recognized" errors with the inkproducts refillable cartridges. Finally, one cartridge failed completely and could not be revived. I asked for a replacement but I never received a reply.
Inkproducts.com "Complete Junk And Dishonest"
I purchased a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) for my HP 8625 from InkProducts.Com 8 weeks ago. 10 days after first installing the CISS one of the chips failed on one of the cartridges. They promised to send me new "updated" chips. Approximately 2 weeks went by without a printer until the new chips arrived. I put them in and the printer worked great for another 4 weeks. Then the printer failed again, except this time ALL chips had failed. I called Inproducts for support and they were unapologetic. Suggested if I have a beef I should take it up with HP as they are maliciously 'wiping' non HP chips when detected. OK, maybe...but how is that my problem?? I asked for a solution. They made no assurances new chips would not also get wiped. Offered new chips if I wanted to PAY for them...otherwise there was nothing more they would do. Asked for a refund, 'forget it...we've already done enough for you'. So, after 8 weeks and probably no more than 100 pages for a $150 CISS that should have lasted for YEARS, I'm told to take up Inkproduct.CON's engineering challenges with HP. Right, like that's meaningful! 'Hello HP, I'm trying to use non-HP ink cartridges in your printer and you (purportedly) keep wiping them....cut that out!' LOL! A ridiculous proposition! I suggested they need a disclosure to warn against the reliability of their product to inform consumers...they said they would, but haven't yet. Stay far, far, away from Inkproducts.CON, and go spend your money on something more real like Star Wars Battlefront. Me, my $150 CISS is sitting at the bottom of our trash can awaiting Monday morning's pickup.
