Having mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridges I contacted the Company by phone. A speedy response and address to return the inks with promise that correct items would be sent. Within 2 days received an email tosay inks were in the post.
What incredibly good customer service!

Have purchased ink for my two printers over the last 5 or 6 years and all very good with no suprises.
It's a pity that Epson and Brother cant get there act together and recognise these inks, and not keep asking you to buy their inks which are low in ink content and high in price.

I have been with them for many years and will continue to buy my ink from them. I have never had any problems with my orders which I have received promptly.

Outstanding customer service (worth 6 stars...). A very prompt response to my online query as to cartridges not being recognised by my printer, and swift to-and-fro emails to suggest fixes. After these failed, a free replacement cartridge sent out immediately for next day delivery.

Found it difficult to find a company who sold inks for my printer.
Eventually found INKredible and am so glad I did.
I am elderly and not very tech savvy. However, their website was so easy to navigate. I easily found what I required and placed the order.
Delivery was very quick and I was kept up to date the whole time.

Ordered Compatible Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4830DTWF Multipack Ink Cartridges. They arrived within 48 hours and although printer warned me that they were not Epson cartridges, they work just fine. The cartridges came in their own flat pack and were delivered by the postman.

So easy to order and great service. I have been a customer of Inkredible for several years and have always found them to be excellent to deal with.
I can highly recommend both the Company and the product.

Items placed on ‘back order’ and despite three emails to customer support the order remains unfulfilled. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response to any of the emails the last of which was now a month ago!!!
It appears I shall have to report the company through my bank in an effort to resolve.
They claim to be a family run friendly business - disgraceful.

Ink cartridges always reliable and good value. Particularly grateful to Callum for the advice given about my new printer (e.g. would it accept your cartridges). Have got stung before by buying a printer and its refusing to play ball. So felt confident in going forward.

We have been using Inkcredible ink cartridges for several years now and would not go elsewher. Had used other compatible cartridges before often with disasterous results! Inkredible are just as their name suggests.

We have never felt the need to pay for the faster postal service as they always arrive on time.

Print quality not as good.

They do NOT provide free recycling of used cartridges.

The delivery. whoever delivered it left it at another property in the village. Lucky it was addressed well and the place it was left at contacted us and I was able to walk and get it. We didn’t find this very satisfactory

Details of company given by friend with good reports. Having had difficulties with printer rejecting cartridges being able to get the correct cartridges at a very reasonable cost was a bonus. Quick delivery was also very useful. Certainly will pass on my recommendation.

Reported an issue with damaged cartridges yesterday afternoon and received replacement products before noon today - Brilliant service.

An excellent company with service and products to match... couldn't ask for better! They are most obliging and helpful. I have dealt with INKredible for years and highly recommend them.

The product is very good and arrived on time. A couple of small issues. The receipt- for the item came later than I am used to and more importantly the ink colour was bllue when black was ordered. The price for the pen was however very competitive.

Could not wish for better service spoke to Callum went out of his way to help me what a lovely guy he deserves a rise
