Worked with Inkthreadable with my etsy store and they always have well priced products and their customer service is really great if you need anything sorting.

They are always fast to respond to any questions and polite to talk to.

Excellent quality. Second time ordered a bunch of t-shirts with its colours so loyal to the image on the computer. Great quality print, colours and workmanship.

Also, t-shirts printed 3 years ago still look and feel like new. I opted for good quality Stanley/Stella.

Printed mug ordered 3 years ago held well for nearly 3 years. Only recently the print started coming off. I am sure if it were never washed in the dishwasher it would have remained intact. Perhaps inkthreadable should warn customers to hand wash only.

Finally, they managed to print one of the t-shirts with the wrong image, however this was resorted within minutes, sending a replacement within 5 days.

The print on-demand industry is usually all about scale. But very few of them are able to combine high-volume, consistent quality with individual customer service. I use Inkthreadable first because my customers get great products. But the reason I choose them over others is that there are people ready to talk, advise and support me when I need it. I do e-commerce, not printing and their knowledge - and willingness to help - is really valuable to me. Try getting that from the bigger players. Em - talking about you here! Linking my Etsy shop to Inkthreadable and allowing them to print and post my artwork has made my life a lot simpler. With good quality prints and reliable postage, I would highly recommend!

I’m so glad I included an additional organic line via Inkthreadable company in my shop. Their prints are great and the customer service excellent. Anytime I have a query, they respond fast, usually the same day, which is so important when dealing with customers requests on my side. Recently, I had an issue when my customer received a garment which didn’t fit the measurement charts. Em and their team helped me to resolve this. After providing photos, Em arranged an instant reprint for free. I’m very happy with their service and will use them more in my shop.

Big shame. Promised so much with a great collection of Stanley/Stella organic clothes. Embroidery was in different places each time (3 times) and different to the print location for the same template. Brand new embroided tshirt turned up frayed too. Lovely customer service but didn't resolve at all, they said it was done by humans and there margin for error is quite high in terms of placement. Will look elsewhere for an alternative POD company now.

It was the first time I had used Inkthreadable and I had a panic as to whether I had correctly made my order and emailed to cancel order. Em to the rescue, checked that I would still receive my item after Em confirmed that the order was perfectly fine....phew. Thanks Em for the fantastic customer service.

Problems seem to be solved after Christmas. Em always is great and sorts order issues fast.

Absolutely outstanding service from Inkthreadable. I've set up 2 Etsy shops and a Shopify shop over the last 2 months, all have the Inkthreadable print on demand integration set up and have worked amazingly well. The integration is really easy to set up and takes all the hassle out of placing orders, holding stock, and cash flow is improved as I don't have to invest in stock. I've had to contact inkthreadable twice with regards to issues I've had (not issues caused by Inkthreadable) and the customer service I have received has been first class, both times I dealt with Em, and they were so quick and efficient at getting back to me and dealing with the issue promptly, and in a lovely friendly and professional way. The quality of the Tshirts and the printing is awesome too, and the quality of the T-shirts are amazing, I had received samples from a few other companies before coming to inkthreadable and the quality just didn't meet my standards. I fully recomend Inkthreadable 🖤

The world of POD is never completely perfect, it takes time, trial, experimentation and education. It's inevitable that sometimes things don't quite go to plan.

So when considering Print On Demand providers, this is where the great ones separate themselves from the average ones; and InkThreadable are always there to assist you with production optimisations, printing issues and customer replacements.

Their prices are competitive and the product selections good (not perfect I'd certainly like a broader product selection) and most of the time they have a great set of options to work with.

I'm looking forward to my continued business journey with InkThreadable.

Quality of print has been really impressive so far. Tried a few POD suppliers, and this is consistently the best I've found. Em has been really helpful too.

Choosing Inkthreadable last year has truly proven to be the right decision. The quality of the garments is genuinely high-end — luxury feel — and the print quality is consistently outstanding. This is exactly the level of finish we expect for our brand, and it’s something our customers will absolutely appreciate.

We’ve worked with the big names before — Printful, Printify, etc. — but the difference is clear. They simply cannot compare when it comes to colour depth, print quality, and overall consistency that Inkthreadable delivers.

A special mention to customer service: Em, Ashley, Amy — you are wonderful. Patient, helpful, and always professional, which honestly makes such a difference when building a brand.
