I came across Inkthreadable while looking for branded work clothing and was immediately impressed by the functionality of their website. After working on my designs, I had a few questions and reached out to customer support - and they excelled here too.

Em in customer care has been fantastic: prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, even going as far as sourcing and customising specific items that are not listed on the website.

The first batch of items arrived today with quick delivery, and they did not disappoint. I will definitely be using Inkthreadable as my first choice for branded gear going forward.

My experience with Inkthreadable has been very impressive so far. There was an issue with one of my products during printing, and instead of sending it out anyway like many manufacturers do, they informed me right away and gave me time to fix it. Their support team was polite, patient, and made sure everything was clear before ending the conversation. Overall, it’s been a great experience working with them

Em from inkthreadable gave tremendous customer service. I had asked her to keep me up to date with delivery and she did. It arrived ahead of schedule and overrall happy with the purchase.

Always there if things do go wrong ie. an item getting lost by postal services and quick to fix any issues that (rarely) arise

Great print size on shirts (32x50cm!) and superb quality that lasts for years

I am still wearing shirts I got printed years ago and just beautiful!

I tried several UK dropshippers before with issues (like changing print size depending on the shirt size lol) and no one else comes close

Fast delivery times also which is a great bonus for dropshippers!

I’ve had a great experience with Inkthreadable. The product quality is excellent and my customers are always very satisfied with what they receive.
Occasionally, during busier periods, small issues can happen, but the customer service team has always been extremely helpful, quick, and efficient in resolving them.

I've recently started selling from Shopify, using Inkthreadable as my POD service. Customer service has been fantastic - helping me to settle in and get up and running .
