I have a VPS account and all my sites went down. Spent over 30 minutes on chat and was disconnected. Called into support for another long wait. The tech helping me I was not interested in solving the problem. He did provide me with extra space for 3 days so at least everything was up. My next call in was great. They found a large corrupt file and that was removed. So the support can really vary and time on hold can sometimes be quite long.

Our company experienced a nearly 20-hour server outage on October 3, 2025, during which hosted services were completely unavailable. Following the outage, the server remained unstable, and we were forced to remove several domains.
Initially, InMotion Hosting acknowledged responsibility for the outage. However, in later communications contradict this admission, blaming third-party DNS issues without providing evidence.
We requested a full refund for the affected billing period and escalation to executive leadership — which they previously confirmed was available. Despite repeated requests, these have been ignored.
We are posting this review to document the incident publicly and to request a prompt, professional follow-up from InMotion Hosting. We hope they will resolve this matter fairly and restore accountability.
