We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. I wish I hadn't ordered from Inner Wolf! I am waiting on an order and nobody bothers to answer the phone or reply to my emails. My poor dog is now going without and our weekend plans have had to be cancelled!
Please please please don’t fall into their trap
I ordered and paid for a very expensive dog crate on 30th March. They said on their website to allow 10working days for delivery. A month later I am still waiting having paid over £200 for this item.
I have called the company multiple times but they do not answer their phone. I did get an email eventually saying there was a delay and that when the item arrived it would be sent out next day delivery with DPD and I would receive tracking details. I received an email from them advising my order has dispatched, but the link on the email is not working and there is no tracking number quoted so I have no idea if this has actually been sent.
I am going away next week and if the crate does arrive I won’t be here to take delivery. This company have a history of treating their customers very badly and I would encourage anyone who is considering a purchase from this company to think very carefully. save yourself the stress, and shop elsewhere!

Avoid this company at all cost, they are happy to take your money but not so quick in sending order. I placed an order 1st April and 18 days later I am still waiting despite all items being in stock and advice 3-5 working days for delivery. i have tried to ring on several occasions and get an answer phone every single time, left numerous voice messages and no one returns your call, sent emails with no reply, tried live chat and even messages on Instagram and still no reply on update on order!
I will never use this company again very poor customer service skills

Wont be ordering from Inner Wolf again
Ordered on 11th March. To be fair majority of order delivered on 15th March EXCEPT the most expensive part, which had been substituted with a cheap replacement. Tried to ring but got answer machine. I emailed & I received a promise that they would correct the error. 22nd March same cheap replacement arrived. I emailed again & 'Adrian' promised he would personally send the correct item. Emailed again on 30th March & 16th April because the missing item was still missing. Asked for a refund. The only response has been automated emails & the item I am awaiting, is no longer on the web site. Off to the bank now for a chargeback.

Eventually got item
Placed an order online and once I'd received the tracking it showed it had tracked back to them... I attempted to contact them via their online contact and heard nothing so my husband consistently called the number over a few days. Figured I would never see my item but he eventually talked to someone on the phone and they posted it out correctly.

Is this even a legit company? The took 500 from my credit card for DoggyRide Novel15. They said wait 14 days. Nothing. They don't answer phone calls. They don't reply to my phone messages. They reply to emails with a standard b/s .... wait 14 days .... Be aware. I'm trying to get my money back via the credit card company. These people are an absolute disgrace.
Steer clear
If I could give this company less than one star I would. Ordered a container for which I paid £23.98. Since then I have heard nothing. I have sent two emails which have been ignored. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. Steer well clear.

Returned item on 21.12.22, no credit or acknowledgement of return. Emailed 1.2.23 generic reply with no response. Hopeless if anything goes wrong you have no chance of a satisfactory outcome.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company, I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering. Placed my order on the 8th Feb 2023, I received confirmation to say it would be dispatched in 3 days ... 14 days later and nothing. Postage at £3.99 is a joke if its taking so long. I emailed and received a generic response, when I phoned it just rings out. I usually like to support independent companies but on this occasion I wish I hadn't.

Do not buy anything from this company. Like many other reviewers, I bought a travel crate for £136.99 on the 12th January and have not received it. I have left over 20 voicemails and sent 3 emails but have never had a reply. I can only assume this company is a scam.

Do not order from this company!! It is a scam. I ordered a harness on the 28th Jan and I am yet to receive it. I sent an e-mail asking for an update on my order and heard nothing back. I tried to call them on the 9th Feb throughout the day but they did not pick up the phone. I managed to get through to them on Friday 10th feb and they said there was a delay with them receiving the stock but they were receiving it Monday 13th feb so I will receive a dispatch e-mail then. I have received nothing. I tried to call again today but no one picked up and I was told their voicemail box was full, which does not surprise me as I’m sure I am not the only one experiencing these problems. I am now trying to get the money back through my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs!

In all my online shopping years I have never experienced anything quite like this. Absolutely terrible service all one sided. No communication with customer. No point ringing or leaving a message as no return calls what so ever. I did get some vague emails but these didn't really reasure me that I was ever going to get my item! Then I saw these reviews and resigned myself that it wasn't coming. UPDATE- I have now eventuality received my item but feel very sorry for those who haven't. A company like this should not be allowed to trade if they can't communicate and fulfill their orders within reasonable time I don't understand 🤷🏻♀️. I only hope they read their terrible reviews and sort things out.one things for sure I will never buy from them again.😕

something has must have gone wrong with them as have ordered from them before without problem but this time I was sent the wrong item and like other reviewers cannot get through to anyone either by phone or email. I didn't return the item as didn't want to pay the postage but will now have to go elsewhere to get what I do want at more expense. So my advice is do not use this company. The one star given is the only way to leave a review

Only giving this one star because I literally have to in order to leave a review.
I ordered an item that I expected to arrive within 3-5 days as it says on their website..."quick dispatch" yeah right! My order didn't arrive for almost 2 weeks. I sent 3 emails and a DM on Instagram asking for an update on my order and did not receive a response.
I ended up leaving a bad product review on their website...and that same day I finally received an email back and my order finally arrived.
100% never ordering from this website again. Wish I had looked on here before purchasing cos it is just riddled with bad reviews which they clearly do not take seriously.

I ordered on line, I saw as soon as I paid the order was incorrect I phoned them immediately left voicemail sent an email told them it was the wrong item, there was no price difference could they just swap before sending. Phoned the next day still no response. More emails, more phone calls no response from anything. Order Arrived wrong items, Phone email no response sent item back with a note explaining the situation over two weeks ago. More emails, more phone calls no response. what's the point of taking orders offering a phone line and email to talk to some one but never respond. Absolute Disgrace of a company. Scammers. Update a parcel arrived during the week with the correct dummies. However I have had no communication from the emails and phone calls I have made. I would probably now say they are not scammers but a business that has no reputation no idea of even the most basic customer service and zero communication. Do not buy from this company. I wouldn't even give this company one star. I never received my order but despite my emailing and ringing all I get are automated replies and nobody has responded to my complaints. I will now have to try going to my credit card company to try and get a refund since they have done nothing about replying to me. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.
