We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Avoid this company if ordering online. I ordered a doggy back pack, no response about the order for several days, no despatch date etc. eventually rang up, and got the ‘message line’ is full’ ….,Tried for several more days, same thing. Then emailed to ask about the product and dispatch date and I did get a reply the next day. They said it was out of stock so I immediately replied with I’d like to cancel the order and get a refund so I can purchase else where. They said ok and issued the refund, I waited five working days . No refund. Emailed again, I got a reply saying they had issued the refund…. and they would look into it. Another week goes by and still no refund.
DO NOT go near this company, totally useless with their online sales. I wish I’d read Trustpilot reviews before my purchase. I can see it’s going to take many more emails and moaning before this is (possibly) resolved.
I’m am just editing this to say I’ve finally been refunded . It took a great many emails to both this company and chats with my bank and it all swallowed up a fair bit of time but I have got my money back once this company realised I was rather upset about my missing £90 😐
Never received delivery
Never received delivery, awful communication and ignored phone messages sent. Promised to have call back but never received. If no answer in next 48 hours will be seeking to take further action to claim my £337 back.
Seriously doubting if a delivery was ever made by DPD.

If I could leave NO STARS I would! I never leave reviews, especially not for a business in a pandemic as I respect and appreciate the hard times all businesses are in, but this company is worryingly trading when in my opinion, and now having seen other similar reviews, I don't think they should be. I want to warn others so they don't waste their money or faith in a company that has no empathy, respect for its customers and clearly can't honour demand. I ordered a pet stroller in March, chased it up when I was expecting (accordingly to their website) next day delivery. It wasn't a cheap stroller but I wanted something comfortable and sustainable for my little dog who has bad legs. They eventually replied to my email and said there was a 'supply issue' and it would be delayed. I chased again a timescale so I could decide whether to wait for the order or go elsewhere, they EVENTUALLY replied and said 2-3 weeks....that was almost 4 months ago! I have been constantly phoning and leaving messages on the answer phone as they never pick up, nor get back to me. I have sent countless emails ranging from asking for patient updates of when I could expect my order to asking in the end for a refund so I could go elsewhere....out of all of my countless emails over 4 months period they replied to 2 or 3, briefly with made up updates and blame on the supplier. There is no accountability from this company and they are impossible to deal with. Today I engaged in a live chat on their website and threatened trading standards and informed them that they are in breach of section 75 of the consumer credit act (which they are)....suddenly I got a reply, the same excuse that it's been out of stock, and they can get it to me 'next week'. I really wanted this stroller and didn't want to have to start the search for one again, but I do not trust this company at all, think their customer service is appalling and I leave this review in hope that noone else with a poorly pet will waste their time and money on them!

Would be a ZERO STAR if possible. The item I ordered never arrived. I telephoned repeatedly but not no one answered or replied to my voicemail. I emailed repeatedly, again no one replied. Communication is shocking lack of professionalism and zero due care that I had an issue with an order. I had to contact my bank to raise a dispute, this was the only way I got my money back. Definitely NOT recommended.
Long wait for orders and poor buyer experience
I placed an order a month ago and i am still to receive it. Admittedly the stock was not in the shop but they haven't once contacted me to advise it wasn't in stock or to keep me updated. The products they have on the website is good but if they cant keep the stock in, the level of customer service is poor.

Would have been quicker getting my huskies harnessed up and gone to pick up. Actually, would have also been better discussing the orders with them too as their communication with me is far better. Ultimately, appalling service from this site.. Took a month for delivery on basis of 'being very busy'. No email communication/no email warning of this. Only received a tracking number for parcel. Metal item Item missing from the parcel that surely wouldn't have fitted in such a flimsy plastic bag and now have to try and reach them to try to be compensated. I am with all of the other people on this site! Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. Still haven't received my order from 5th June. Not answering calls or emails despite repeated attempts.
Shocking company
Shocking customer service. Took weeks for my order to arrive. No update or courtesy call to explain why. It was only because I range to find out where my order was that I found out. The item arrived and was too big. I contacted the company and asked if I could return for the smaller size and they advised I could. 5 weeks after the returning the product, I left a voicemail and email asking why I hadn't received the replacement and advised that I had contacted my bank. Received the replacement a few days later. I wish I'd read these reviews as I wouldn't have ordered. Would not use them again.
No show on another online order
We have ordered and been into the shop before, with no issues.
Now been caught in the none delivery or contact trap.
Ordered a water bottle over 2 weeks ago, no contact despite email and phone requests, no update, and no product.
Have to look at the next options now.
Very disappointed with them after decent service before.

Though I read the reviews, I went on the fact I had visited the store to make purchases and placed an on-line order for a Buggy. Inner Wolf were let down by the supplier, but kept me informed, they were once again let down by the supplier, but offered me an upgrade with overnight delivery. Arrived when they said and the product is excellent. I will definitely use them again. Excellent service and excellent product.
Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering
Placed order for dog stroller. After several days I started trying to contact via phone and email. Automated e Mail response/ voicemail, no response.Eventually tracked owner down on Facebook and sent pm,and added comments to inner wolf posts on Facebook (which are always deleted)then I got a response. I was told item was expected that day then The next and so on until had no option but to cancel order quoting consumer contract regulations. I only wish I’d read reviews before ordering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. A COMPLETE SCAM!
No Fuss
I was viewing items for my dog on the Maelson website and noted that Inner Wolf is their UK appointed distributor. I went straight to the Inner Wolf site and placed the order.
Full disclosure, it was then that I read the lousy reviews here on Trust Pilot. But, there was no need for concern. I was told that the goods would take 10 working days to ship and they actually arrived on the 10th day. I had received an email confirming shipment in advance.
Obviously, I can't pass judgment on the totality of their business operations. I can only vouch that my experience worked efficiently.
Items took a long time to arrive
Items took over a month to receive and had to send a email to notify them I had not received them. I Did get the items in the end and they are good quality. Just need to work on their ordering and shipping management.
Slow dispatch
Received automated emails confirming my order, which took 11 days to be marked as dispatched, which I was informed of with another automated email. Received the order the next day.

Ordered a doggy ride trailer with 10 day delivery. After delivery was due called to see where it was. No answer to phone calls or emails at all. Yesterday my order just arrived. I would never buy from this company again and have reported to trading standards.
Business no longer trading ??
Much the same as everyone else. Ordered and paid for two items but only received one. Multiple attempts to contact via phone and email, no response. This is unusual though as I have bought from them many times before without issue and received satisfactory responses via their customer service point. I reckon they must have gone out of business. If this is the case, they need to shut down their website. In the meantime I hope people read the reviews before ordering.

I have tried to contact Inner Wolf so many times I have lost count due my order not being received. I have emailed and left several voicemails. No one answers the phone and no one has rung me back. My emails have not had a reply. I also tried to contact Inner Wolf on Instagram but no response. I am so disappointed as I have ordered items for my dog that I really needed. I have also returned an item in accordance with their returns policy and never received my refund. Absolutely dreadful customer service
