We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Many customers go away quietly happy and to not feel the need to jump on and leave reviews. Thank you for reading.

Appalling customer service

I can only assume that the company has folded… order placed on 12th September, numerous emails and voice mails left with no response.
I’ve now logged a claim with my Credit Card company.
Very annoying! I would suggest avoiding Inner Wolf at all costs

AVOID! SCAM!

Terrible “small business” they will sell you items that are not in stock, leaving all your phone calls, emails unanswered. This is in hope that you eventually cut your losses so that they can keep your money. Their service is so bad that they have disabled their instagram page from receiving messages or tags. They have a poor excuse of an apology on their website for why they receive so many bad reviews, funny how other “small businesses” manage their workload just fine. Why sell items that aren’t in stock? My mind boggles.

No goods and no communication

I placed an order on the 19th. 2 weeks later nothing has happened except an automated email and the money coming off my credit card. They aren't replying to emails and aren't answering the phone.
Update: I did get a refund directly from the company, shortly after writing this review and asking my credit card company to start the process of claiming my money back. I've still not had any contact from a person at Inner Wolf.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Never received my order and haven't had a response to two emails I've sent chasing up and then cancelling. Have now sent a third. Avoid.

Very frustrating

Very frustrating! Ordered collars and leads, week and a half later not arrived. No one answers phone, no one has replied to email, now their mail box is full and you can’t leave a message… probably due to so many other unhappy customers!

Unfortunately I have to select 1 star...

Unfortunately I have to select 1 star as a minimum.

My wife ordered our dog some booties as her feet were getting sore with the change in weather. They were ordered 25th Sept. Still says they've not even been sent as yet. No response to calls/emails/Facebook comment left. Running out of options hoping they actually send me the item or refund me otherwise I'll be reporting to action fraud as it seems most think this company is a scam.

Now my dog has split paws, has had to go to the vets, have antibiotics, paws bandaged up and can't go out until they've healed.

Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs.

A good experience

I was a bit unsure having seen the current score for this company but was pleasantly surprised. I placed an order for a very reasonably priced item. It did not despatch as quickly as I expected but when I emailed to enquire I got a response the next day, explaining the delay and giving a timeline for delivery which was met. Would not hesitate to purchase from Inner Wolf again

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! They still owe me money and don’t reply to emails. If you are reading this inner wolf I’d still like my money back. Oh and originally when I ordered it said it would take days and it took 4 weeks!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Had dog food on subscription, whereby it arrives every week. Half the time it doesn't appear at all, the tracking link doesn't work and to top it all they then appear to have cancelled it without a word. Overpriced as well. Avoid them.

A joke of a company with appalling customer service

A joke of a company with appalling and non existent customer service. I ordered something because inner wolf advertised quick delivery, bit after a week my order still hadn’t been shipped so I requested a cancellation, no response. This was completely ignored a few days after that my order was shipped, I emailed to ask why I had been ignored and why had my order been shipped when I asked for it to be cancelled, ignored again. I returned the order as soon as it came as by this time I had purchased the item elsewhere and it took 2 MONTHS to get a refund. No one ever acknowledged my emails and I do believe I only got a refund because I used Klarna and went through them instead. Do not buy anything from inner wolf!

Will never buy from them again

Will never buy from them again. Returned an item on the 29th of July and haven't received a refund. I have emailed 3 times and phoned 3 times leaving a message, all being ignored. Their customer service is shocking.

Do not use! Completely unreliable

I placed an order with them and two weeks later it is still showing as processing on their tracking. Three emails and numerous unanswered phone calls later they continue to avoid replying to requests for update.

Dreadful Customer Servixe

Ordered a soft crate on 6th August. It was in stock and showed 3-5 days delivery. Still waiting.

I have phoned and continuously get voicemail and nobody calls back. I have tried the email link and it is not valid. I cannot login to my account, it keeps saying password is not valid. Each time I try for a new password it comes up with an error message

I think, like a previous reviewer, I am going to have to approach my bank for a refund if Inner Wolf do not get back to me soon

I wish I read reviews

Arghhh…why the heck didn’t I read the reviews before buying from this gob-smack AWFUL company before I bought something??
To explain: I bought a bike basket for my dog on the 4th July. After 30 or 40 calls with no reply to find out when it might coming as I had absolutely no feedback at all regarding stock/despatch info I finally did receive the product. Annoyingly , and not the fault of Innerwolf tbf, the product wasn’t suitable. Since then I started the return process on 26th July, item tracked and signed for on 31st July. Since then I’ve called /emailed multiple times (collectively over 20 times) and not even a response. Not even someone picking up the phone. I keep trying but there’s either no shop there at all or it’s the worst customer service. Or both. Who knows? Not me as I can’t get through to them.
We all try to avoid Amazon/eBay etc to buy independently but my god never again with this inadequate bunch

Excellent Shop!

Got the foldable dog beds that I ordered. Was a bit hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but I am glad I went ahead and ordered. I messaged them about when I will receive the item ordered through email and they responded timely. Will definitely order in this shop again in the future. Highly recommended.

What a caring and knowledgeable team

It's a shame to see such unhappy reviews for this shop, I often think people only take the time to review when they have had a bad experience, which is a shame. My experience with them was great, and I would recommend them over and over again.

I've always struggled to find a harness to fit my terrier, so I took him in and the team couldn't have been more helpful. After trying a range of harness they helped us choose and fit one that I would not have even considered, I'm chuffed and so is my terrier who now doesn't have the constant annoyance of a harness bodged to fit him.

The harness we purchased wasn't the most expensive one, we weren't pushed to spend lots or buy extra items to go with it. The team at Inner Wolf had my dogs interests at heart, rather than their profit line, and that is what matters.

Its unreasonable to compare a small business to the larger companies who can afford to use premium courier services and just send out another item when its been lost. Support small businesses who care about their local community and care about their impact on the planet.

High quality products and a caring, knowledgeable team. Not sure what else you can ask for.
