We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. I really wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.
I ordered back in August. Part of the order was never dispatched. I requested a refund of that item. It's now been 4 months and I'm still waiting. They acknowledged my request originally and asked me to confirm my bank details, but nothing came of it. Many emails later I'm just being ignored. It's not that the customer service is bad. It's non-existent!
I'm not one for leaving bad reviews. I often find them unfair. But it's been 4 months. That's plenty of time to do the right thing and refund my money. It's basic theft!
Super communication
I have just received my Kotska kick bike. It had been held up in customs for 3 weeks! Innerwolf was super. Keeping me up to date as and when they had information. Would buy from them again.

Ordered my dog coat over 3 weeks ago and have repeatedly contacted Inner Wolf for an update on my order as there has been zero communication from them. Each time I call I’m told it will be with me in a few days.
Toad any I contacted them again to be told they cannot gat hold of my order and I will get my money back.
I have therefore ordered the dog coat from another company and getting it delivered tomorrow.
Absolutely shocking service and I would advise if you are looking for good customer service and your purchase being delivered promptly then avoid Inner Wolf.
Your products will arrive.. eventually!
I just want to put people's minds at ease. It's not a scam company and it's not gone out of business. You will get your products. It did take two separate phone calls to chase but each time I was apologised to and reassured it would arrive. Received the products today, about 2 weeks after order was made and they are great. Inner Wolf are obviously just a bit unorganised and slow, but it's worth remembering they are a small business and can't compete with services like amazon that we have all become accustomed to. I would recommend phoning and once you finally get through, chasing your order. They were nothing but helpful to me.

I wish I had read these reviews before spending money with these people. Ordered a travel cage for urgent use - it didn’t arrive in time so had to buy cheaper alternative that wasn’t really suitable. Chased up with Innerwolf who simply said it was with DPD and been delivered to the pick up point I designated- I never chose that option I wanted it delivered to me ! Then when I queried this I was told DPD tried to deliver and left a collection card - NO THEY DIDN’T ! Innerwolf provided photo evidence DPD had been- it’s a photo of someone else’s house in my road but not mine - nor does my video doorbell show DPD calling at said time . Innerwolf expected me to collect before a certain date then item would be returned to them then re shipped to me if I didn’t make it in time . I explained to them I could not make it to collect so when they had it returned to ship to an alternative address please! Since then nothing , no response no acknowledgment of email or request to re ship ! Customer service is non existent- I’m tending to agree with an earlier reviewer from 8th November…”shameless thieves” - would strongly recommend NOT USING this company!
Unresponsive and couldn’t care less attitude
The item I ordered took two weeks to arrive. There was no update regarding the delay from Inner wolf, I emailed them only to get a curt response. When the item finally arrived it was a different colour to the one I ordered and despite several emails to inner wolf I haven’t received a reply from them.
I will not be buying from them again nor would I recommend them.

Further to my scathing review re poor contact/customer service, sadly this is still the case, however, after a recent conversation with them ( yes I actually did get through!)
It appears this is a business doing lots of business, online and in retail, but unfortunately are very short staffed..
They are decent nice people, and after a chat, I received my exchange in size dog boots within a few days..
Super quality dog boots, best I've ever purchased, excellent fit ( I suggest you order a size down from the measurements) as are large !!
Sadly, my rescue husky has a damaged front paw, very flat and shot toes, which makes using the boot difficult..

Ordered items from them. Told they were on back order these were never supplied. They don’t answer the phone tried calling 15+ times one day to try and get through to get my money back and no answer. They ignore the returns requests from their website. Now having to go through my bank and report it as fraud to try and get my money back.
Excellent service
Easy to deal with on the phone. Got back to me quickly and, without any prompting, ordered two different sizes of the Hurtta dog coat I requested as these weren’t in stock. They phoned me the next day to say these had been delivered and checked the fit of the coat on my dog thoroughly. Great shop, with a wide range of harnesses, dog toys etc and knowledgeable, approachable staff.

Ordered a puppy cage online. I phoned and explained that this was needed in a hurry as the puppy was unexpectedly arriving the next day! Very helpful chap on the phone

I buy the Raw4 Paws chicken. This time bought their new chicken which is supposed to be 100% human grade ingredients. The moisture content is about double of the original chicken. I would even go to say that its basically moisture with a small amount of chicken and a smattering of some vegs. Not happy

I’m usually really careful about using companies for the first time but I really wish I’d read the reviews. I ordered a Dogbag for £89.95 over a week ago on 11/10/23. Money taken immediately with a confirmation saying “items shipped”. Since then no delivery and no communication whatsoever. I emailed them today and left a voicemail. I’ll let you know how I get on. Next step- credit card company and The One Show, as it seems many people have been let down.
Update: I managed to speak to Adrian last week. He apologised and said I would receive the parcel on Saturday. Needless to say no parcel arrived. Spoke to him again today (Tuesday 24th)- he said he would chase up Royal Mail and emailed me a tracking number. When I tried to trace the number the reply is “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item.” And so it goes on!!!
Good news- the Dogbag arrived this morning via Royal Mail, parcel intact and contents in perfect condition. It took two weeks and some reminders but credit where it’s due…..
Dishonest business
No customer service. Ordered two harnesses in different sizes to get the best fit for my dog (after reading a review from another customer who said how easy this was to do) Returned the one that didn't fit complete with delivery note and details of order number, contact details etc. Returned within the correct time frame. Paid recorded delivery so I know they received it. Heard nothing. Two weeks later, two messages left on phone, emails sent, no response. They basically charged me £133 for one canicross harness. I was planning to buy some other bits from them but now they've basically stolen £67 from me plus the cost of the postage to return it. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest business who keep money that doesn't belong to them.
No refund received and no communication from them
Returned my order within the 30 day returns period, Evri confirmed delivery of my return 3 weeks ago now and I have not heard a single thing from Inner Wolf since (left various voicemails and sent many emails). No refund received and no communication; actively AVOID this company. I will be raising a claim with the appropriate authorities shortly.

In the meantime, I am so sorry for this innerWolf, I dislike leaving this on here trust me. But, till today is not communication from you, it seems like you are hidding or very busy. But as an experienced customer service advisor, your customers are the heart that pumps your business. Your ratings tell us what's going wrong. Sorry and i hope you can sort it out.

I have bought a product on the 6th October. I have called them, sent 2 emails and still not reply. They don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails. Now I have texted them on facebook and Twitter (x). The tracking system is a bit dodgy and delivery date expectation doesn't provide guidance.

Good range of products but be prepared to wait!
Good range of products and competitively priced but took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than anticipated and no reply to email in the interim. Probably wouldn't buy from again as normally I don't plan far enough in advance to wait for items.
