We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Ordered on the 10th January. Now the 24th and no delivery. Have contacted them through their contact page, no response, have emailed them, no reply. Have phoned them twice and goes to voice mail saying they are busy or on another call. Enough is enough. £22 down the drain

I'm all for supporting small businesses and being patient but I placed on order on the 15th of December and it is still showing as processing. I have tried email, calling and messaging but there have been no responses.
No sign of my order 39 days later!

My sister recently ordered some dog boots as a Christmas present for myself. She spoke to the customer services at the time and they were very helpful. Unfortunately the fit wasn’t quite right so the boots were returned and customer services neither replied to my emails or voicemails…BUT nearly within the 10 day time frame the money was fully refunded. I had been very nervous due to trustpilot reviews, but I sense this is a small company perhaps who just are overwhelmed, but come good in the end. Don’t panic, just give them a chance!

Like many others, I have found the customer service to be non-existent.
Order item for my birthday by my partner - arrived late but arrived eventually. Unfortunately I received the Medium size instead of the large.
Returned before Christmas. All seemed well. However almost a month later no refund or exchange, no responses to any of our emails, and multiple voicemails left with no response.
Really disappointed as my partner is £50 out of pocket and I didn't get my one birthday gift!!
Missing order
Ordered dog boots on 2nd Jan. money was taken out immediately along with shipping. I got a confirmation email but goods have never arrived. They are not answering emails or phone calls. They are still managing to send me emails about everything else, including offers! Really, really poor service on every front.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, i ordered a pair of dog shoes last September which were not suitable. I returned them within a week using their on line returns form and I'm still waiting for a credit. I've left messages and not a thing back from them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Two items arrived in around a week. Third item not included.
Phone always goes to voicemail and hasn't been responded to.
Emails aren't replied to.
No choice but to raise with credit card company which will be a further 30 days before I get any money back.
The information on Trustpilot about the poor reviews only representing 1% of orders rather sums up the attitude they appear to take with regards to customer service when things don't go as hoped.

Customer service almost non existent. If you return an item to them, don't hold your breath for your refund. Been chasing for my refund for a few weeks now and still not got it. They don't often answer the phone and my email was not replied to. Definitely won't be buying from them again in the future.

On their website they allow you to set up a return and exchange.
All seemed well. I got my item. It wasn't the right size for my dog so I returned for an exchange.
The package arrived back on 5th Jan.
It is now the 12th and after an email and many calls going unanswered I getting to the point of contacting my credit card company and forcing a refund.
It shouldn't take this long to refund. At the very least emails should be picked up informing of a delay.
I'll leave this review on 3 stars for now. If it gets to credit card I'll reduce the stars.

Good amount of stock and I like the choice but customer service is REAL bad... waited a week for my return to be approved. Returns my order for a refund which was delivered on November 2nd and as of 25/12/2023 I still haven't had my refund. Tried emailing 3 or 4 times asking for an update and had no reply. If £30 means that much to you keep it, just would have been nice to have an email to say lol f*** you we're keeping your money 😂😂

I ordered on the 15/12 heard nothing but they have taken the money. I have phoned repeatedly left voicemails sent emails but nothing I am now going to ask for a refund through my credit card but I have to wait 30 days from when the order was placed so that’s 15/1. It’s so wrong.

Ordered on the 19th december . Advertised as super quick dispatch and delivery. Money was taking straight away. Still no updates or responses to email. Ive asked for a refund and to cancel the order now. If they dispatch now they will need to cover the cost of return postage

Impossible to get a refund
I returned a dog coat that didn't fit and am still waiting for a refund. Inner Wolf don't answer their telephone or respond to emails. Perhaps they will contact me now??

I ordered a Maelson fabric crate on 6th December and expected it to be dispatched within 1-3 days. It turned out that Inner Wolf intended to dispatch within 10 days but that wasn't obvious when I placed the order. Contacting them wasn't the easiest but maybe they were extremely busy coming up to Christmas? The crate arrived on 22nd December so a little outside their maximum dispatch time of 10 working days but the crate is great, the price was reasonable and the company does exist. They will take your money as soon as you place the order and as previously mentioned getting hold of someone or a reply to an email or telephone message isn't as easy as you'd hope but if you are happy with the price and are prepared to wait a few weeks then go ahead and order from them.

Nearly a week later and still nothing and no answer to my email I wrote last night, the 19th, so still not sure what’s actually happening.
Order issue resolved and delivered after a quick phone call
After reading the reviews on here I was seriously concerned I'd made an order to a scam company, my order still hadn't updated after a week and I sent them an email but after reading another review on here who said he called them and it was all resolved, I then decided to call, it was picked up almost immediately spoke to a friendly guy who checked the status and it was that one of the items wasn't in stock in the colour I had ordered so they were waiting for that to come in, I said I was happy to have the colour that was in stock and my order came next day, he apologies for the delay and said they are really busy at the mo.

I used to order from this company and everything was fine, but not this time. I placed an order over a week ago and it's just stuck in a "processing" state. No responses to emails and nobody answers the phone so am left with no other option than to follow up with my credit card company for a refund. Based on the other reviews I'm far from alone in this. What a way to run a business.
