We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Many customers go away quietly happy and to not feel the need to jump on and leave reviews. Thank you for reading.

Order not fulfilled, no response from company

I placed an order totalling ~£50 on January 18th. About two weeks later, I received half of the items, with a handwritten note that the rest of the order would follow. I followed up on February 9th and was assured that the rest of the order would ship the next week. I followed up again on February 19th and 26th but received no reply. As it has been nearly three months since I placed the order and the company is not responding to my emails, I have started a dispute via my credit card company.

I've read the company's response on TrustPilot and find it unacceptable. Even if "only" 1% of orders aren't fulfilled it's a scam and they are defrauding customers. If they cannot reliably fulfill online orders in addition to running a shop, they should not have an online presence.

Beware! I am contacting both my credit card company and the police for fraud

I ordered winter items for my dog on December 4th, 2023. Nothing has been delivered and the order is registered as still processing. They charged my credit card immediately. I have written numerous emails, called and left voice message, sent messages via the website and NOTHING. No one from the company has responded to any communication. I do receive ads from them about 15% off. I have now contacted my credit card company to complain of fraudulent charges. I will also be going to the police to file a case of fraud.

Not the fastest, not the most communicative but does come through!

I ordered a Maelson fabric crate at the start of January I received my order today. Communication is not a strong suit of Inner wolf, but be patient they came through in the end! When our crate was dispatched it arrived the next day so delivery was very prompt! We don't always get it right and small businesses are trying to cope in whatever way possible. I read the trust pilot review page shortly after ordering but I like to take them with a pinch of salt as we are mostly likely to leave a review for a negative experience! I would use Inner Wolf again but knowing that it is not a quick turnaround time.

Ordered an item on 27/12/23 and…

Ordered an item on 27/12/23 and received no tracking details or when it was sent. Still to date not received anything. Had no reply to 5 emails sent out to them and also commented numerous times on their Instagram page, still nothing. Would give ZERO stars if I could. How you can run a successful business with zero customer service and poor postage times I will never know. At the moment in time this is called STEALING money. Hope you're happy running a VERY poor service.

Does not deliver.

I placed an order for a dog cage on 16 Jan. It was not delivered, and the company cancelled the order on 7 Feb. My e-mails and telephone calls were not replied. I was not informed as to what was going on. I'm pursuing this via Barclaycard. What would have happened had I used a debit card - I shudder to think. I will not be using this company ever again.

If you’re buying from them use PayPal…

If you’re buying from them use PayPal or a way you can get easily get your money back. I used the link to my bank, mistake.

I ordered on 15th January, called 2 weeks later after no communications, to be told it was out of stock and I’d be refunded. That would be fine but 2 weeks later, I have emailed and left voicemails multiple times, but have had no reply or acknowledgement.

I now need to go through the resolution process with my bank. Wish I’d stayed away from this company.

Unfortunately I have to add to the…

Unfortunately I have to add to the misery.
No communication at all. Unable to contact this company and get a status on an order.
I foolishly paid for expedited delivery.
So 2 weeks on and nothing. In these times companies succeed or fail on how they deal with customers.
I am going to contact credit card company and reclaim what I paid.

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer Service - ordered two items two weeks ago. No dispatch notice was received so I chased twice by email, once via their contact form and three times by phone. On the last phone call I finally got a human. Cancelled the order and won't be using them again.

Made a online purchase of a dog…

Made a online purchase of a dog transport cage on 01/01/24. Dispatch was supposed to be within 10 working days!! To date (05/02/2024) nothing has arrived. We have constantly tried calling them but no one ever answers the phone. We have emailed them and once again no reply. We contacted Citizens advice which resulted in a letter being sent to innerwolf stating the consumer rights Act. We stated we would give them 14 days to reply but once again nothing. Spoken to Citizens advice again, now they suggest I sent them a letter asking them to take part in a ADR scheme which could take up to 90 days to settle!! This is simple.. I regard this as THEFT Of our money and now considering calling the police.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a dog crate online on 18 December 2023. I’m still waiting, it was for our puppy who, I expect, will be too big for it by the time it arrives. No response to emails for phone calls. I chased them via the distributor and then got an email to say it will be with you but it isn’t with me and no updates. I am now going to contact my bank to do chargeback. I’ve asked Innerwolf for a refund but no response. The majority of reviews are the same, quick to take the money, slow to supply the goods if at all, as in our case, and extremely poor service, why wouldn’t you buy elsewhere.

If I could gives company zero stars I would. I ordered to lots of dogs boots. When the first order arrived the boots were far to big. After emailing them I sent the received order back in the original packing within seven days. I am still waiting for a refund of this and the second order which I haven’t received. I have phoned the shop and left a messAge and emailed them
Numerous times. I have given them seven days to respond back
I am not holding out
Much hope. I will complain to the consumer ombudsman and will probably have to take them to the small courts. I am now £164.00 out of pocket and I can assure them
If I lived near the shop I would be visiting it and it would not be pretty. I eventually had to spend even
More money going to simply2pets which I would highly recommend for hood customer service and quick delivery. I will not be letting this go

October order

Place my order for a dog boot. I was happy that they would exchange if wrong size. It was too big when it came so I returned it and asked for a smaller size.
After many phone calls and emails, On the 28th November I received an email to say they have received my return and they was waiting for stock in. We are now on 2 feb and still nothing !!!

Avoid avoid avoid!
Sent an item back as per their policy. Updated my order online to acknowledge return.
So glad I had tracking and could prove they had received the item!
Heard nothing and no refund, called them several times only to always get the answering machine. Emailed several times with no joy.
A month after they had received the item back I started to comment on every post on their facebook page. Surprise surprise they emailed me confirming the refund.
Why should you have to spend time ‘hassling’ them for others to see for them to do what they should do in the first place! Never have I had this awful service from a company. I don’t know how they manage to run a business!!

order issue with Inner Wolf

Placed an order with Inner Wolf, money taken immediately, but like so many others on here no goods and not able to contact them. I put a read receipt on my emails and know it was read, but still no response! Luckily I have an excellent card company who have raised a dispute with this company and I have my money back quickly. Very disappointing and I think the reviews about the products on their site maybe not what they seem, and if I had used trust pilot first I probably would not have placed the order. Such a shame, I own my own company and can't imagine being like this to my customers. Inner Wolf when you read a message from a customer the courteous thing to do is reply!

I would give zero stars if I could! AVOID!!!

I would give zero stars, or go in to the minus-stars if I could! They sent my parcel to the wrong address (wrong person and even wrong country!!!) - I emailed and received no response, I phoned and received no reply and then there was no response to my voicemail asking for someone to call me. The only silver lining to this awful experience is that the lady who received my parcel WhatsApped me and sent it up at her own cost! (Pam you're an absolute star!!)

Avoid this Company

Avoid this Company, Quick to take your money. £235 taken and nothing, no delivery and no response to e-mails or phone calls. Ten day delivery they say, it is now 16 Days since they had my money. I eventually received a response saying they were sorry and they were contacting all affected customers about delays!!
But still nothing, I answered their e-mail but still no response, to mine.
Customer Service is dreadful!

Avoid! Still waiting for refund…

Avoid. Like for many other customers on here, delivery of an item I had ordered online (Maelson soft fabric dog crate) took several weeks. When the crate eventually arrived, I informed Inner Wolf that I would like to return it because of concerns that my dog may get too hot when travelling in the crate in the summer. I received a dismissive response email ('Your dog will not get too hot in the summer.‘). I returned the crate via courier at the beginning of November 23 and still haven’t received a refund so making a court claim now. Avoid!
