Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. No customer service. Returned goods weeks ago and having to do a bank recharge as they’ve been ignoring me. Only saw the bad reviews when I was left frustrated by them. Wish I’d searched sooner.

Like so many others I submitted an order ( dog travel crate) .Payment taken on day of order.
As the expected delivery day approached we contacted the company via email for updates of our order.(says processing on the website)
Now 12 days have elapsed. We have emailed 3 times , contacted via the website and left voicemail messages on their customer telephone line. Absolutely no response from them .
Then saw all the other reviews on here documenting identical experiences.The company appear incapable of delivering promptly and utterly unconcerned re customer service.
I have already been in touch with my credit card company.

How I wished I had looked at reviews before ordering. Ordered some dog food, which did not receive, yet taken money and got confirmation email straight away.
Not responded to any emails, telephone messages etc.

I am contacting trading standards today regarding Inner Wolf views below (which I wish I'd seen before ordering) a lot of other people are having the same issues with this company. No goods, not answering the phone or e-mails and taking money immediately.
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. Wish I’d spotted this site first. Spent nearly £150 on leads/harnesses etc. money taken immediately. Order confirmation email received. That was in January. This is nearly May and I’ve not received my order. My emails have gone ignored. Trading standards need to get involved with these guys. They’re clearly a scam operation.
Zero customer service !!
Placed an order which took weeks to arrive. Chased via email- no response. Left several messages on phone- no response. Eventually order turned up. Had to return it as not suitable. Weeks later despite being returned no refund. Chased again and again same result absolutely no response!! Now in hands of credit card company to retrieve money. Customer service doesn’t exit- if possible would be zero stars. Don’t go there!

Some advise; Stop feeling sorry for yourselves and actually fulfill each consumers purchase as required. It's a two way street - we paid for the goods! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If there was the option for zero stars I would have given them a zero. I have NEVER experienced this level of dishonestly and have had to open a fraud claim with my bank due to never receiving my items despite many attempts to email and call. They have never answered the phone and have replied to one or two emails saying my products are coming but I placed my order on 29 February 2024 and it is now 15 April 2024. My order was sizeable at £328.46. I had a previous order which was placed on 7 February and that arrived end of February with me chasing continuously as on the order it was to be dispatched in 1-3 days. The sizes of the dog crates were wrong so I had to place another order. I am reluctant to send the first order back as I don't believe I will get a refund. It is such a shame as the product quality is excellent but Inner Wolf should not be in business. So far I have spent a total of £634.44. If I had read the other reviews ahead of making this purchase I would never have purchased them.
We ordered a soft crate on 18th March…
We ordered a soft crate on 18th March 2024 - and not even a fancy one. Money for the crate taken 19th March 2024. So far no crate. No reply when I requested an order update from them and no one answers the phone or calls back.
It is nearly a month on from the original order. Just a quick email to say it will take a while, or it is not possible to get, would be easy enough, but so far nothing.
Have now sent formal cancellation of order letter and email and will hope for a refund. After that it is raising a dispute with the bank and then we'll see. My review using Yotpo on Inner Wolf site hasn't been published and the number of reviews hasn't changed in a while.
This is a real shame - I like the site, I like the look of the shop and wish we lived near to it. I was really trying hard to avoid some bigger well known vendors.
If you choose Inner Wolf, I hope you fare much better.

Great service and product
I don’t often write reviews but felt the need following my experience this week.
I placed an order on Sunday and then googled the company out of interest. I was horrified to see all negative reviews verging on calling the company all out scammers at worst and completely inept at best. I rang my bank to stop the payment but it was too late so I hoped for the best.
From the word go, I received very informative and accurate e mail’s regarding my order status, a kind discount voucher and my order was delivered in full on Thursday morning. Credit where credit is due I have found the company very competitive on price and very effective with delivery. The quality of the product is also excellent. I am very happy and have received an excellent product and service.
Customer service has gone downhill fast.
After placing a successful order in mid February I did not hesitate to order again at the beginning of March. Something seems to have drastically changed at the company within this short space of time. No order received, no updates and no responses. My order is still in the processing phase 21 days later. I have received no response to my previous two emails and I attempted to phone the company today and their messages are full and cannot accept further calls. The items ordered are orthopaedic and therefore time-sensitive. Whilst 21 days isn't an overly unreasonable time to wait for basic supplies when it applies to walking aids a fast turnaround time is crucial. It's such a shame that a company specialising in items essential for safety, rehabilitation after injury and comfort can leave customers without products for so long. So much time has been wasted waiting for the order to be updated when these essentials could have been ordered elsewhere. Due to no response from the company I have begun the refund and dispute process with my credit card company.
Not a scam just inept
I ordered a few bits online because the particular treat bag I wanted was cheaper than anywhere else. It took absolute ages for my order to arrive with no updates and no one answering calls and emails. A waiting time would have been fine if I was aware at the ordering point, i.e. Viovet takes ages to process orders but they make you aware of it and that works okay!
When my order arrived, one of the items was missing so I requested a refund. No one responded, but the refund arrived eventually.
So yeah, the customer service is close to non existent and ordering online is a gamble, but it is a genuine business capable of refunds.
If I could rate lower than 1 I would…
If I could rate lower than 1 I would this is appalling £180 I’m down and it’s going to ruin a trip of a lifetime because we are unable to order anything as we don’t have the money. Not response or contact from anyone. Straight up fraudsters.
