We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Ordered some Ruffwear dog boots
Ordered some Ruffwear dog boots. Didn't arrive in the 3 days delivery time, so I e-mailed them then rang them. Chap that answered the phone was really really helpful. Boots were out of stock in the black but a delivery was expected. I was offered a different colour that were in stock as I needed them asap and they arrived within 48 hours tracked delivery.

I have begrudgingly given one star because I did receive the goods I ordered but it wasn’t explained on their website the weight recommendation for this particular lead and it was not strong enough for my dog. I returned the item - having to pay for postage - and was able to track it on the Post Office app. Inner Wolf received my package the following day but, to date, I have not received a refund. It is now four weeks since I returned the goods. I have contacted the company via email and telephone leaving messages multiple times but have never received a response at all. I cannot get the money back as the company took the money through an app rather than from my bank card. My bank have suggested contacting Trading Standards about this company and I will do this in the next few days.
Terrible Customer Service
This is a terrible company to deal with. I placed an order a week ago and have still not received it. It clearly states on their website 'quick dispatch'. I have sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone on at least four occasions leaving voicemail messages. They have not responded to any of these.
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. I have returned an item weeks ago and all my calls/messages and emails have been completely ignored! I just want my refund !! The item was totally not fit for purpose and very expensive. And I had to pay to return the item!! Absolute joke. Stay well away!

Awful!! Don’t go anywhere near this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Don’t respond to emails or calls/voicemails. We are still waiting for our order….due to needing this urgently have used another company…highly recommended Mountain Dog excellent interaction with them and great customer service!

Like so many other customers (see Google reviews and Trustpilot reviews dating back many months) this company has taken money for items that were in stock at the point of ordering and subsequently doesn't respond to online messages or emails and also never answers the phone. It appears that the company is run/owned by the same person that took Inner Wolf Ltd into voluntary insolvency in 2017 (with debts) and now uses another company name trading as InnerWolf and appears to be doing the same again and taking customers money and failing to provide goods. I have waited over 30 days and not had a response to multiple emails, messages and daily phone attempts. There are no out of office messages or updates on their website or other social media platforms. I have reported them to Leicester trading standards and also requested a refund. I would suggest others in the same situation decide whether they wish to do the same or not. If the refund is not forthcoming I shall apply to the small claims court and/or take legal advice pending a claim

I ordered a Henry wag dog bag on the 17 march ,it did arrive after a week but two big I returned for a smaller size which came two weeks later.transaction took far too long so bought one elsewhere
Retuned the smaller one and 6 weeks later still waiting for refund

Sent numerous emails never acknowledged
Also sent messages through my account with inner wolf and nothing
I am so fed up and appalled at there service that my next step will have to go to trading standards
This company needs investigating ,they are taking peoples money but not sending the goods

I ordered a Hurtta dog coat from Inner Wolf in March 2024. I rang the shop before ordering to check it was in stock. They were incredibly helpful and ordered the coat in for the next day and it was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, the coat was too large so I called again to check if they had the 2 smaller sizes in stock and confirmed that I could return these for a refund if they were unsuitable. Again, these coats arrived promptly.
I submitted my return request as instructed on the website and returned 2 of the coats via 'signed for' delivery. I'm so glad I used a tracked service!! I did not hear back regarding the refund so sent an email. I did not receive a reply so called them. Tens of phone calls later, I finally got through and was told they would hurry along the refund. Over 10 days after they received the return, I had still not heard anything or received a refund. I emailed and call again but these were left unanswered. I then found all the Trustpilot reviews and escalated the issue to my bank. Thankfully, due to my emails and evidence that they received my return, my bank have refunded me the money.
I am appalled by the way they treat customers and the lack of response to the dozens of negative reviews left here.

Extremely poor service
Ordered numerous items totalking just under one hundred pounds. It says out for delivery within three days. Still waiting three weeks later. They do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails or reply regarding a refund. I wish I read the reviews before purchase.

I placed an order on the 1st May for an in theory in-stock item with delivery between 3-5 days. I have heard nothing since. Have emailed their enquiries and had no response. I have tried calling on numerous occasions with no one there to answer. I did get through to their mailbox but it was full! and a message to try and call back later.
Disappointing

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Would avoid placing any orders with this company as they don't dispatch anything but will gladly take your money. You won't be able to contact them as they won't answer the phone or emails. The customer service is dire and non existent. I have only given 1 star as it's not possible to award a zero star rating - which is what I would have given. My order placed 30th April still shows 'processing'. There are no helpful guides on the website in cancelling an order so this is definitely a barrier for customers. Just shop elsewhere is my recommendation. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, which is what I will do next time.

Order came on 7 days so very good but post office tracking was ineffective then found reviews so started to worry company did not reply to emails regarding delivery so was even more worried but fair play harness arrived & a great product but was disappointed with non response as added to my anxiety so 4 stars for receiving order no 49724 in 7 days but above concerns are off-putting sorry to say
Absolutely shocking level of Customer…
Absolutely shocking level of Customer service. Ordered a fabric dog crate two weeks ago with an advised delivery date of 3-5 days. Haven’t received order and despite numerous phone calls and emails have heard nothing.
Zero stars from me…. Would avoid this business like the plague.
Very poor at communication
I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering, I only saw a few good ones but have now seen many unhappy reviews!
I waited the 10 working days for dispatch but after 13 days cancelled the order as still no delivery update. Cancelling was very difficult no one responded to numerous emails sent or answered calls.
I decided to ring constantly, answer phone connected then I rang again and again eventually getting a person who cancelled order but 9 days later still no refund …. I despair of the service received. I do not recommend this company.
