We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. Payment taken but no delivery, do not answer calls or emails
The same as everyone else. Placed an order, payment taken, didn't arrive, no response to emails or calls or social media. Currently with the Citizens Advice Bureau and the bank to request an investigation.
Avoid - very poorly managed company
Unfortunately I think I owe it to others to write this honest review.
We ordered an expensive dog product which took many weeks to arrive, the company don’t respond to emails or calls. The product did arrive eventually, but only when we said we were going to our credit card company to recover our funds.
Unfortunately the oroduct didn’t fit and had to be returned. Given our experience we sent them recorded delivery but no refund was forthcoming, until I started commenting on their FB posts - then we got our money back.
I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case I can honestly say - avoid!
If only they spent as much time serving the customers they have, as they do promoting themselves in advertising- they might get repeat custom!
Good luck to anyone still waiting for goods or refunds, about time people started going to trading standards.

I echo what all the other reviews state. Product ordered a month ago and delivery time stated 3-5 days. Nothing has arrived but money was taken from account quick enough! Numerous emails go unanswered and no one picks up the phone.

Very bad service. Took my money instantly, overcharged for postage, took a long time to deliver and then sent the wrong thing.
Very disappointing and despite emails and phone calls asking them to get in touch I haven’t heard a dickie bird.
I don’t normally write reviews but this was enough to make me cross. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, they’re all bad.

Great products - poor customer service
While I have no doubt the quality of their products is good, their customer service is poor. The one-to-three-day dispatch is false, and they do not reply to emails or phone calls. They may be a small business, but they must stop taking online orders or increase their staff. This is very disappointing but to their credit, when they did get in touch, they did apologise. This was after an email saying that we would start Section 75 proceedings. I sympathise with small businesses but it is so important to be honest and not cut corners when you need to employ more people to fulfil orders. I hope the the promised dispatch happens.
Terrible customer service and do not honour orders
Like so many other reviews below I placed an order on the 18th May. My credit card was charged immediately with the sum of £71.96 and delivery advised 1-3 days. It is now the 10th June - 23 days after the order was placed- and it has not arrived and I have received no updates from the company. I have contacted them 6 times in the last week by email and on the phone and left messages. As stated in other reviews they do not respond to either.
I needed the goods as a matter of urgency for my dog so have sourced them elsewhere.
As I can get no response I have no option but to try and get a refund via my credit card.

This 'Company' offers no professional business etiquette at all.
A month after they have banked my payment I am still without receiving one single item of my order despite all items being listed as in stock when I placed and paid for my order.
They never answer the land line, they never reply to messages you leave on the answer machine.
They never answer emails, my last two have expressly been about cancelling my order and receiving a full refund.
After a month of this I have applied for a charge back via my credit card.
Avoid this company, the products may be good if you ever get them but other professional companies have the same products and dispatch them quickly an most importantly they COMMUNICATE with their customers.

I have placed an order in February 24. As of the 7th of June, I haven't received the goods. I have tried to email them, call them, even put a message on Facebook, but no never received an answer.
2 days ago I received a tracking number, but it doesn't work.

Whatever you do, do not use this company. As other reviewers have mentioned, if I could leave a zero-star rating, I would. They have taken my money, and I have received no information regarding the shipment of my goods. I have sent multiple emails to enquire about the status, but eventually, I had to email to cancel the order. I have not received a response to that email either.
I have also called 2 to 3 times a day all week, but no one ever answers the phone. I genuinely suspect that the company has either shut down or gone bust. Fortunately, I paid with my credit card, so I can at least file a claim to get my money back. However, I regret not reading the reviews before ordering, as their website appeared very professional.

Items arrived as advertised, well packed ect.
Issues with contact, but when I did eventually get to speak to someone the impression I got was they were super busy, longer than advertised dispatch, and a slight mishaps with the wrong sized item being sent out as an exchange - so ended up paying again to get the item sent back for the correct one to be sent out.
However at the end of the day the items arrived, there wasn't any major problems and the exchange was sorted

Ordered an item which it said was in stock at the time on 23rd April. Standard delivery 1-3 working days. I still haven't received the item and it has been 6 weeks today. I've sent multiple emails and get no response. £48.48 I wont see again. I wouldn't buy from this company because they are an illegal scam. To go to the small claims court it will cost £35. Seems hardly worth it for £13.48 back. I wouldn't buy from this company because they are a scam.

I returned a harness as it was too big for my dog. It was sent recorded delivery and signed for on 16/5/24. Ive still not received my refund.
I made a comment on face book to try snd get their attention and they deleted the comment.
My next step will be going to my bank to raise a dispute against you.

No service, no reply, no refund option
Non existent customer service. Items never arrive, no reply to emails or phone messages. No option to ask for refund on website either. How can I ask for a refund if emails, online messages on website and voice messages remain unanswered??? This needs to be reported to the proper authorities. Either they’re highly incompetent or simply scammers
Absolutely dreadful from start - do not use
Absolutely dreadful from start to finish, except it's not finished yet. Item marked as 'in stock', however it was not in stock and had to be ordered and sent from Germany. The lead time was supposed to be 10 days, but after a month of waiting - with no updates, I did start to wonder if the item was ever going to materialise. E-mails were not responded to (and now they won't respond to any means of contact), and at no stage was I told when the item would arrive from Germany. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Order was cancelled, no refund received - no money back to me, nor to Klarna. I have had to esclate the case. The company is not only very dishonest, and non-communicative - they are thieves. The customer service is shockingly poor and I will never buy anything from these people again. Very badly organised and terrible communication. Not recommended. They steal your money and then disappear. They need to be reported.
