Excellent customer service from Andrew at Innovate Electrical, I phoned beforehand to confirm the fire was available and Andrew confirmed within minutes it was in stock. I received the electric fire that was very well packed in less than 24 hours and also had a courtesy email to let me know it was on the way. I would certainly recommend them to other tradesmen and public customers to use the website.

A brilliant and helpful company - head and shoulders above others in the market. I bought a Dimplex Tango at a very competitive price and dropped them a note asking if an urgent delivery was possible. Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. He kept in touch and with a next day delivery, it arrived during the first minute of an hour winder given to be that morning. The packing was excellent ensuring the product arrived in perfect condition. I'll certainly be using this company again and again.
