Worst customer service I've seen in a long time
Popped in to see if they had a shirt that I was after. Before I had even finished explaining what I was looking for, the man in the shop asked where I had bought the shirt I was wearing. When I replied with "I think it was H&M", he said I should go there & buy a shirt instead, because their shirts were £60-80.
Firstly, I don't care what price your shirts are, I was looking for a very specific type of shirt.
Secondly, I had literallly just bought several shirts down the road, each significantly more expensive than £80 while on the hunt for the specific shirt for no other reason than I liked the look of them.
Thirdly, who the hell are you to judge me based on my shirt? If you insist on judging your customers, maybe you should be a bit more attentive & notice things like the £10k watch or the £200 cologne.
When a customer makes an effort to come in to your shop with the intention of spending money, maybe it would be a better idea to not judge them at all, but rather see what you can do to relieve them of their hard earned.
But you chose not to do this, instead choosing to treat me like a piece of scum when the only scum in that shop could be found simply by looking in the mirror.
