I made a withdrawal of ₹4,570 from my 22Bet account on 13 May 2026. 22Bet informed me that the payment was successfully completed and provided a payment document from Inpay as proof.
The payment document contains my correct bank details:
Bank: Ratnakar Bank Ltd (RBL Bank)
Account ending: 5062
However, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they clearly confirmed that no such payment has been received.
Despite repeatedly contacting support, I am not receiving a proper solution or valid proof that the money actually reached my bank account.
This situation is very stressful and disappointing. If the payment was truly completed, then 22Bet/Inpay should provide proper banking confirmation or investigate where the money is stuck.
I request both 22Bet and Inpay to urgently resolve this issue and either credit the amount to my account or provide transparent transaction proof.
