Non-existent service!

Rang for a consultation on 20th August 2025 and was told I would get a call back immediately but site visits are likely to be 6 weeks from my initial consultation (this would take me until beginning of October). After not receiving a call back for 2 weeks I rang back on 10th September 2025 and this time was told I would definitely get a call back as they rushed my case status to ‘Urgent’. Another couple of weeks still no phone call, I rang back on 27th September and was once again given an apology and told I would get a call back. Today is 3rd October (the time I should be nearing my site visit) and I’ve still not had even a call back. Waste of time. Stay away!
