To start I can't fault the quality of the product my review is based on the service . I ordered my jeans and it said next day delivery. Came 5 days later . I tried to.contact customer service . No reply no telephone number . I was left to think if they were going to turn up at all .

I ordered on Thursday but they should have made it clear they don't offer next day instead of giving the option. turned up following Tuesday.

I bought a pair of jeans and a wrong size was sent to me. After emailing for then a week, they finally responded and told me the process of sending the item back. I sent the pair of jeans back and the tracking shows that it has been received. It’s been more than 2 weeks now since the item was received. I have had no confirmation email or refund and all my emails are being ignored for the past 2 weeks. In essence they have taking my money and I have no item.

This company are now under new management. They e-mailed me about a past negative review I left offering me a new free pair of jeans. I have now received the jeans and am very happy with the service provided. It seems they really are trying to gain trust from customers that received bad customer service from the previous owners, and working hard to put things right to get this company to being reputable.

Under New management, emailed ME about a past negative review I left, and sorted me out a new FREE pair of jeans. Haven’t heard of a better way of dealing with a bad review and getting the brand back up so fair play 👌🏼

Tom reached out and said the company is under a new management, so I took him up on his offer to honour the order I placed in 2021. I have given 4* for reaching out. I am waiting for my item, but I’ve been assured it will arrive very soon.

After a few issues with orders from the previous company owners, the new owners have went above and beyond to fix my experience and have even sent out a free item as compensation. Great customer service and will definitely be returning.

Next day delivery with really good quality jeans. I had to return a pair due to me ordereing the wrong size and this was processed really quick.

Ordered jeans, t shirts, hoodies and a jumper all came on time. Lovely quality and feel to all the clothing. The jeans fit well and I have big muscular legs so ordered a size up and they fit great.
Will be ordering again. Much love

If anyone is thinking about ordering anything I’d strongly recommend throwing your money into the wind instead, at least you’ll have a chance of getting it back!

So now they’ve responded to this review asking for me to contact them to resolve this matter, well I already done this and they told me there was nothing they could do, but I have tried again and they haven’t replied!

So after 14 months the new owners have resolved this problem, and my faith is now being restored in this company. Thank you to Tom and anyone else that has been involved in sending me a very nice pair of jeans.

I still havent received my jeans from last December 2021. No way to contact them. Need my money back from these thieves

The brand has now been revived by new owners who have much better customer service and communication and I look forward to continuing business with them

They have gone bust I had ordered a pair of jeans and sent them back full tracked and traced they signed for them and never got back to me klarna had refunded me my money back taken 30 days DON'T BUY FROM THEM
