I placed a order for a pair of jeans on 15th December 2021 I still haven’t received my order, I contacted the seller countless times via email, Instagram (DM) and still no response. This is very bad customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. AVOID!!

So i ordered a few things on the 7th of January it’s now the 13th and still no tracking number no dispatch email nothing emailed about 4 5 times it did say 2/3 days for delivery I work hard for my money and I really think the clothes and jeans are nice but really disappointed but if I don’t get my clothes I’ve ordered I will be taking this further

Ordered £100 worth of items on the 20th of December - it is now the 13th on January and after numerous attempts to contact the company in this period, I was told last week the items were being dispatched. Still no dispatch confirmation?! Quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Communication abysmal. Would strongly recommend not using them. I will be escalating this further with trading standard

This brands star rating speaks for its self really, took over 2 months for my order to come, the quality isnt eve that good, would not recommend this brand at all, may aswell go to Primark.

I ordered two pairs of jeans almost a month ago and they haven’t been dispatched yet. I have emailed them over 15 times. They promised it would be dispatched on two different occasions but it never was. I have sent them around 7 or 8 emails in the last 5 days with no response. Biggest scam I’ve ever encountered.

Poor Communication
So far had a poor experience with this company, ordered 2 pairs of jeans came to £170, delivery was taking quite a while I emailed them a couple of times, no reply, dm’d on Instagram, no reply, today finally I received my package, with only 1 pair & it says delivery complete, emailed them again, of course no reply, hopefully will get a response soon.
