I had booked a birthday cake one day…
I had booked a birthday cake one day prior thinking that it would be delivered early in the day
After a real intense follow up , the cake was delivered after all celebrations were over
This was utterly disgusting

Please accept our sincere apologies, we are really sorry for the delay in the delivery of the order. We were also not expecting it this late as it was an occasion for you and your family.
We tried our best but sometimes due to circumstances out of our hand it happens. Yes, it was delayed. We still tried to deliver it by around 7 pm but due to rain on the way and traffic jam, it got delayed more.
Bcos of these unavoidable circumstances like rain and partial lockdowns in metros we have stopped taking orders for midnight delivery or fixed time delivery, We only offer standard delivery that is delivered any time during the day between 8:00 am till 9:00 pm as was your order. Still, we tried to deliver it by 7 pm.
We are again sorry for the delayed delivery of this order.
