The message on cake was wrong. So was disappointed and embarrassed. However cake was good.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the wrong message that was put on the cake.
We have done an internal enquiry and found that it was due to a human error. The message which was supposed to be 'Dad!!' was read and put as 'Didi', the problem being the wrong reading of the exclamation signs. We have reprimanded the vendor and have advised him to improve the QA process so that these mistake don't happen again.
We are again extremely sorry for the wrong message that was put on the cake. We have also delivered a sorry note to your shipping address with a small gift.
