Got lots of advice on foot support I picked answered all my questions received it two days ago and and it is just what I was looking for it was expensive but it was worth it if I want anything else I will come back to you. ...................................thanks Sam for being so helpfull...................

I have had to return the therapeutic insoles for a refund as the heel was too big & raised my foot so high it came out of my shoe when I walked. They were the smallest size too.
The man who answered the phone tried to be helpful, but told me they had nothing else to offer me - except the refund!

Back brace that I bought is good quality and comfortable to wear would recommend it to people who have a bad posture

I requested a product that they do not normally sell, but they managed to source it for me a deliver it very quickly to my home. Although the product was not cheap, as it had be sourced from Spain, they gave me a discount for ordering two.
Great service and I would recommend them and use them again.

After wearing for five minutes could feel the pain in my foot going they are so comfortable I highly recommend them

I recently had my US made orthotics refurbished by the Insole Clinic. The quality of the work was top rate, the price reasonable, and the customer service was responsive and courteous.

Got Ottobock Chondro support from Insole Clinic, not Bad but i bought better ones for less money from USA,i got to admit the one i bought fits perfect and feels good but i think it is expensive,otherwise it was good service from Insole Clinic,thanks.

On the face of it Insole Clinic seemed friendly, helpful and trustworthy. However, the insole they sent me was the wrong size, they then admitted that they never had the insole in my correct size and so asked me to send the item back by recorded delivery. As it was clearly their mistake they said that they would refund my credit card (naturally) and send me a cheque for the not insignificant postal charges. Refund arrived promptly but still no refund of post having sent the item back in August and despite several emails reminding them of this fact. Tread carefully if you pardon the pun.......

Found almost accidentally on the web when looking for an elevated shoe to adjust for one leg being shorter vthan the other. I thought I.d try an insole instead. Advice emailed quickly and recommended product arrived almost by return of post. TWO in the box and I'm using one every day with complete .satisfaction.

Really impressed with the quality of customer service and speed of desptch . I spoke to them and they were very helpful - and spent some time - in identifying what they thought was the right product . Goods were received in 48 hours . I would recommend this company .

Received wrong size at first.
One phone call to rectify their mistake.

Received correct size two days later.
Right size and very snug fit and comfy.

They didn't have my original choice but they phoned me up and I chose another just as good arrived within two days

I have used insole clinic twice and have been very impressed with the prompt customer communication and helpfulness. Really couldn't ask for more. Had the product within a week.

the item I ordered was cheapest here and delivery was quicker than expected.I spoke to the seller about a couple of queries and he could not have been more helpful.Great buying experience!!!!!!

I need to wear wellies to cope with mud and wet but my feet suffer as a result . My new insoles are amazing and the wellies now fit like proper boots. So hopefully farewell corns and ligament problems.

Here in Spain I'd never heard the word "orthotics" until a private doctor pointed me in that direction. It was so helpful to have found Insole Clinic's website, and from there to have found a suitable orthotic. I'm so grateful too that they took the trouble to communicate with me to ensure I was purchasing the right thing. One happy customer.

A little delay in delivery but my adress is not in U.K.
