I have been looking around for 3 years now for a decent knee support. Found Ottobock and it is excellant. I suffer from weak knees and arthiritis. This support also gives out a lot of warmth for the knee. Highly recommended for all including big guys. I am a very big guy, ex-army rugby player and weight-lifter, and with the 2xl it is just right.

I phoned up with not a clue of what would be best to select and got all the help I needed.

ordered on line on sunday night. goods arrived on wednesday.

I ordered a splint for next day delivery and it came as ordered. Excellent service, super speedy, will definitely use again and would recomment.

Bought a digitec finger splint. Really well made item in durable plastic with wipeable soft foam inside so its very easy to clean. Some splints have foam which get smelly and take a while to dry when washed but you could wash this quickly if you wanted to. Velcro is attached by a loop on the top. Spoke to seller ahead of buying who was helpful and accommodating. Thanks for good service.

when i placed my order, a gentleman phoned me within an hour to inform me that the item that i ordered was not in stock,he was very knowledgeable about the product that i ordered,he did offer me an alternative if i wished, and stated that my original order would definitely be with me within a fortnight, if i was prepared to wait, true to his word it was actually less than a fortnight,

I have had 2 items both were dispatched quickly and arrived as described. Mark from the insole clinic was particularly helpfull he was able to discuss the products in detail and obviously has good knowledge. When I had to return a knee brace for a smaller size the turn around time was fantastic allowing me to go skiing ! Thank you .

I wanted a back brace/support that was equal to the ones handed out by nhs. I researched and came across this product and found it. Ordering was simple, I was given an email confirmation and even had a text message detailing the time of delivery and the name of the driver.

I went to the doctors with a foot problem only to be given some exercises to do , that did not work. I called into a local scholl shop and the assistant said "had I tried these insoles". I hadnt, but bought a pair and havent looked back. I would recommend them to anyone with foot/heel pain.
