Where do I start!!
I am currently selling my property which unfortunately sits on land managed by IPM
My original completion date was set for April 5th but due to delays by IPM this did not happen
I have now a new completion date of the 31st of May however my solicitors tell me they can not draw up contracts due to another delay by IPM
The whole process has caused me stress and anxiety and it’s all because of this company
I paid £350 for a pack that IPM said i needed to ensure the smooth sale of the property- who knows how bad it would have been without this pack!
It’s disgraceful I’ve put several reviews on here and never had a reply, if you complain the company investigates its own complaints and not surprisingly it never goes anywhere
If theres anyone out there who knows how I can take this future please let me know
I will be so grateful when I do not have to deal with them anymore that’s provided my buyers don’t back out with all the delays

Spoke to Robyn Thorpe today about a noise complaint, I knew there wasn’t a lot she could do but she was lovely and understanding and she let me vent anyway.
She gave me her email and contact details incase there’s any further issues that she may be able to help with.

We have been really impressed with Natasha Haider who is the property manager for Eagle Mews. She always responds diligently to queries we have and she organised a refurb of the communal areas to a high standard. I know that others on the flat complex think the same!

We initially had concerns when IPM took over some buildings we provide services for but from the start it was a smooth transition with the help of Kathleen Simpson. After being involved with IPM and Kath for some time, we have seen improvements across the board. The communication between us and IPM/Kath is always clear and efficient which is resulting in clear and quick progress at each property we provide services for.

Recently started renting and ipm manage my building, spoke to someone called robyn who helped with the meter readings and water readings, she also advised olivia had alot of works to approve on the devleopment which is nice to see, shame my agent couldnt provide the same service. After chasing up IPM for several months to get a resolution for a parking issue, Ben (Senior Building Safety Officer) took my call and was able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes. He was a massive help and I really want to thank him for his excellent service and professionalism. He could’ve easily refused the call by stating he will email me back, but he kept me on the phone to get me a resolution. A massive thank you.
