This wwbsite ia the same bad as the website LInspireuplife”. Very poor quality and very expensive!!!

I ordered bling loafers from this site. It look a month to get them but once I received them great quality & fit great. My new favorite pair of shoes, very pretty! Have to give them one star off for their not good customer service. When I emailed them they didn't answer my questions & gave me a generic response. Plus they really should have a phone number to call to check on your order. But, other than that Love Love Love my new shoes!!

Do not buy anything from this vendor. I placed my order May 3, 2020 and it is June 20 and I still do not have my order. I have emailed customer service 5 times and they continue to share the order is in transit. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and get my money refunded. Unfortunately, this company is in China and it appears to be a scam. BEWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I had to contact my bank because I was scammed by this company. Every time I type in my tracking number it is never found. I believe they are the same companies that keep changing names that have been scamming for months. Do not order from them. I repeat do not order from them. They are scammers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT order from this scam 🤦🏽‍♀️ I ordered sandals over a month ago and still have not received anything, And all it says on the tracking is that it’s in transit also the emails that I did get back were very unprofessional! Not recommended at all.

This company is a fraud, they have taken my money and I never received a thing. I looked at the reviews after the fact when I should have looked before placing the order... Anyway after arguing back and forth they said that my items have been destroyed and in order to get my money back, I would need to take it up with the post office. NEVER BY FROM THEM! SCAMMERS. They are refusing to make things right poor customer service.

DO NOT order anything from this company. They are a rip-off. You pay your money and they send you an worthless tracking number where you see you item setting in a warehouse for weeks. Terrible customer "no-service". You have been kindly warned to shop elsewhere. Online shopping is so much easier when you buy from anyone else.

I have not received my order as of yet the order was placed 5-22-2020 my debit card was debited on the same day. no items have been delivered. (1) purse, & (1) blouse.

PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED SHOES OVER A MONTH AGO........ THEY CHARGED OUT MY CARD AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY SHOES AND THERE ISN'T ANY MEANS TO CONTACT THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! Let me start off by saying, I was trying to select 0 stars but didn’t have the option to. I’d give a -0 if I could. I ordered shoes on April 10, 2020 shoes arrived on June 5, 2020 I ordered 3 pairs of shoes which all 3 pair were 3 sizes to small, poorly made, cheap materials, didn’t look exactly like what’s pictured online. Customer service is a joke. You can’t reach a live rep. I had to communicate through email and that was pointless. Ask for return policy and they won’t pay for shipping and only refunds half your money...if that at all. Don’t shop with this company. They are scammers!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

No 0 stars possible? Too bad. Got sandals with fabric straps. One strap is fine. The other shoe has a strap 3 inches too long. Sits inches off the back of my heel. Took a month to get and they blame me for ordering the wrong size. Won't send me a correct shoe and won't take them back. Don't buy from them. Who knows what you will get and once it finally comes, you are stick with whatever it is.

Never received package they gave a fake tracking number. Go to your bank and get your money back ASAP. This company is terrible and thieves.

I cancelled order the same day I placed the order and 19 days later they still haven’t returned my money to my credit card. I received an email this morning and was told if I take the shoes they would give me a 10% discount Again I told them to cancel the order and submitted a dispute with my credit card company

Really bad company. Got shoes a month after order , 3 sizes too big and (not that it matters because not my size) butt ugly, ugly, ugly. Not as shown in pics. Terrible. Writing off as lesson learned 😡

SCAM!!! Ordered my shoes April 10, 2020 and as of today June 10, 2020 I still have not received my shoes. Company refuses to give me a refund. Unable to track shipment as it always says “USPS IS AWAITING THE PACKAGE”. Sure wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned 😡.

I share the displeasure never received my items and they even sent me tracking info. Fortunately i purchased using paypal to secure my refund and got money back , i printed the shipping disclaimer to show it was misleading and have email correspondence.

I wish I could give this piece of sh!t site 0 stars!! Ordered 4/18 it’s now June 9th and I still haven’t received my items!! Someone is going to be held accountable for my damn $90!! 😡😡😡😡 DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Horrible!! I ordered shoes back in April that I have yet to receive. Don’t waste your hard earned money!! I feel so sorry for those who ordered multiple items from these people. Thanking my stars I only ordered one thing. They are also unresponsive with no tracking info!!!!

I ordered something at the beginning of May and did not receive anything yet. I wish I would have looked at this page before I ordered it. Never again will I do this $150 later still no product. How can people do this? I wish I could do something besides write them and call the BBB because I did this today. Sent a letter to them. I’m disgusted. It should not be allowed and I should no better because my boyfriend always said to read the reviews first. Ugh!!
