I ordered 2 summer dresses but it’s been a month. Something told me to go check for reviews and I feel so dam bad because every review is bad and I usually read reviews first before purchasing anything.

I ordered my mom sandals for Mother’s Day and still haven’t received my order and they refuse to give me a refund DO NOT ORDER FROM This scamming site

Ok, so first things first, I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and a shirt from this site that came out to a total of $103.80. After ordering everything and receiving my order confirmation, I got curious about the site because the name itself is a bit peculiar and some of the pictures of the sandals were on multiple other sites I was searching on. So after seeing the bad reviews this site kept getting, I was so sad because I thought I got scammed. And even though I only spent $100, that’s still $100 to be scammed out of! After talking to my problem solver, my mom, I took her advice and did the only thing I could do.. WAIT! I ordered the sandals on June 7th, received a tracking number on June 16th, and finally received my sandals on June 30th! From the reviews, I thought I would never see these sandals, but I did get them after a few weeks of waiting, and let me tell y’all, it was worth the wait! I love them! They are exactly what the pictures looked like, and the sizes fit perfectly. I can’t add a picture in here, but I’ll leave a review on the inspireyoos website. I bought the Women Large Size Lace-up Straw Platform Sandals × 1 Snakeskin / US 9(label size 40), Women Large Size Summer Magic Tape Comfy Flat Sandals × 1 Yellow / US 9(label size 40), Woman Casual Bow Flat Slippers Sandals × 1
Leopard / US 9(label size 40), and the Women Patent Leather Open Toe Elastic Band Creepers Platform Sandals × 1
Yellow / US 9(label size 40). I’m usually a size 8-8.5, but I bought a 9 just to be safe and they fit perfectly. So check out those sandals to see the pics I have of them so y’all can be the judge of the quality. I love them and I got my sandals, even though just having to wait a few weeks. It was worth it 🙃

While Inspireyoos showcases cute shoes and other items, I STRONGLY encourage you to NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. Sadly, I did not read any reviews, nor did I do any type of research on this company and had the worst online shopping experience ever! First, it took about one month to receive my order. Second, the shoes were the incorrect size. Finally, and to shorten the whole horrible ordeal, Inspireyoos was not willing to correct their mistake. There were numerous email messages between the company and me to correct the issue, but my endeavors were to no avail. There is plenty of room for Inspireyoos to improve in the area of customer service. I really hope they do. In the meantime, I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I encourage aspiring customers to read the reviews, watch the YouTube video reviews, and talk to anyone who has made a purchase from this company THEN decide as to whether or not you want to take a chance on falling prey to Inspireyoos’s tactics. They don't deserve a star, they are a straight ripp-off company. I ordered two pairs of shoes in April 2020, and have emailed them several times, and haven't received anything from them. My experience is the same as everyone else is. They are straight thevies. God don't like ugly. I hope they get what they deserve.

Ordered 4 pair in April, have had nothing but problems with my bank since and finally got the she’s in July and the are the cheapest looking thing ever. Throwing this crap in the trash, total waste of time, effort and money! Never again.

I ordered my shoes on from inspireyoos on 6/20 also ordered something from Victoria Secrets on the same day. I know they are two different companies but, my point is my order from VS arrived on Thursday 6/25 with no problem. Then there is this janky company. When I went online & use the track locator tool for this website it says “No Location” Come on trustpiolet just to see bad reviews. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be getting my shoes at all🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m upset with my self I almost always review the Chinese sites before purchasing. However this time I didn’t. Luckily, I only spent $40 bucks, but who wants to waste money. I hate scammers people work to hard for their money. F you inspireyoos I’m def reporting the site to hopefully get it shut down. Ladies PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. Reviews Don’t Lie!

I order some shoes in May . I haven’t gotten them I been messaging them since then . They keep saying excuses first they told me can you wait . Then they keep saying it’s on the way . Then they said the address was wrong and it’s the correct address . They keep making excuses . They told me to go to post office I went and they didn’t have anything . Then they said to go again to the post office to file a claim . Then once again they said go to post office I did and they informed me they put the wrong address. And they keep telling me to go post office again and file a claim . I’ve waisted my time more than a month going back and fourth and they refused to give me my money they have me going back and fourth . I will be reporting to the better business bureau for fraud . And will be contacting my bank I didn’t receive Any shoes and I’m out $32 . Not to mention all the time and gas wasted going back and fourth to the post office .And their customer service is horrible . Never ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes May 15, 2020 I have emailed them repeatedly and have received a generic response. They have given me a tracking number for the second time one delivered to Texas I live in Virginia and another one is out for Delivery in New York. After I received the delivery receipt for the first item they emailed me saying they had all of my items to ship except for the Woman high top zipper walking boots! I fear they're not going to fit whenever I do receive them! I had to contact my back June 02, 2020 because a company linked to them stole $65.00 of my money that had nothing to do with my order and they didnt think that I would have noticed. My bank did an investigation and told me if I needed help getting my money back to let them know my order was only 82.00 I really just wanted my items not the money but its June 26th now and in 2 weeks it will be 2 months and I am just fuckn tired at this point. I will never order from them or any Chinese company that does not have a toll free phone number or a us area code again!!! And I advise you to do the same. I ordered the glider car charger and I am getting the same response from them and I didnt received what I ordered so I am done with the Asian companies at this point!

This is a big time Scam, I ordered two pairs of sandals over two weeks ago and the tracking number I received was fake, when I tried checking the tracking number i got a message stating no information available. I call my credit card company and dispute this order. Do yo yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this company.

They’re the worst company ever! I never received my shipment, they refuse to give me a refund which I paid over $100 dollars! They also emailed me a fake tracking number.

Terrible service ordered shoes April 26 shoes never came and they never refund me my money they are thief’s this company is a fraud they need to be reported and shut down !!!! Don’t make any purchases from them !!! They will rob you

Ordered a pair of sandals almost two months ago and to date, STILL no sandals or tracking info or email updates! I WISH I did my research on this company before spending my freaking $40 with them!! DO NOT ORDER from this awful, so-called company! I am in the process of trying to get my $40 back & I hope they do the right thing & honor my refund request! They need to be shut down!!😡🤬😡😡🤬

Don't shop on this website I DIDN'T receive my shoes I ordered early may! I live in Georgia & my tracking number said they were delivered in Missouri 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I need a dam refund!! Inspireyoos email me back!!!

I agree!!! Same as all the other reviews!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My shoes took 5 weeks to receive wherein their policy states up to 14 days within the US. The tracking number was inexistent. The sizes aren’t accurate! I’ve been trying to exchange and have sent THREE emails requesting a return authorization, but haven’t received a reply and, of course, now it’s over their 15 day policy. Their website states returns can’t be sent back to the address it came from and must have a return authorization. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE, their website states refunds and exchanges are acceptable, as long as you send a request and receive an authorization number. It adds DO NOT forward to the address which product was shipped to you, as well as you must return within 15 days. HOWEVER, they didn’t reply to my refund/exchange request until after the 15 days, along with stating “it’s too expensive to return/exchange, so we would like to offer you a 10% credit and keep the product.” IF THE PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT, what’s the point!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This company is pathetic I just received the shoes I ordered on May 2...they just came it is June 23!!!! They ARE NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED!!!!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, THESE ARE CHEAPLY MADE....looks nothing like the advertised pic!!!! How you send me shoes almost 2 months later, with a tracking # that's like 25 numbers long that tracks to nowhere!! THIS IS A SCAM...KEEP YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE TO A PLACE THAT IS NOT A SCAM!!!! ordered pair of slip on canvas sneakers. Waited, waited. Impossible to communicate to wherever they are outside the U.S. Order arrived 6 weeks later but wrong size-way too small. The company is sleazy. Stay away!!
