THIS WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE! Do Not Order from this Company. The products look nothing like what is displayed on the website. I ordered a pair of sandals, it took over a month and a half for them to arrive. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. The sandals looked and felt cheap. The web displayed black leather sandal & the product I received was either plastic or cheap patent leather. When I inquired about how to return the product I was told that I could return w/in 14-days & receive a full refund or accept 1 of 2 offers:
1. Keep the product & accept 10% of the purchase price as a refund
2. Keep the product & accept 10% discount on my next purchase.
With the current state of world (Pandemic) there is no way the company would receive the package w/in 14-days, when it took a little over 45-days for me to receive the shoes. Either way I feel like I was robbed! Jilted out of $40.00. I feel like a $4.00 refund is a slap in the face. This is the 2nd time I ordered from this website & was left very disappointed and dissatisfied. I’m convinced that this is how SOME overseas companies make their money; by using false advertisement to sell Cheap quality products on the web!

Took forever and they never gave me tracking info and i got my shoes 2 months later....they are cheap as hell and look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I EMAILED THEM I WANT A REFUND AND THEY AND SAYING I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING SMH WOOWWWWW SHOES ARE TRASH DONT ORDER HERE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! One they don’t tell you the merchandise is coming from china! Although customer service did return my emails.. I ordered June 23rd, I got my order on July 24th when I paid for express. I was furious. Then the merchandise looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!! It’s very cheaply made! And then the shoes doesn’t even fit. I’m so kissed didn’t even care to try on the sweatpants. I’ll just donate them. Do not order from here!!

I ordered some cute sandals and T-shirts’ from this website June 26th AND paid for express shipping and it is now July 25th and I still do not have my stuff, staff was not helpful at all and gave me a fake tracking number

I order a pair of cute sandles in may I haven't gotten my shoes yet and it is July 25 2020 smh. I like the sandles and sum of the clothing didnt think this company would b scamming ppl out of money.jus remember the thing call KARMA your company will get it !!!!!!!!!

FINALLY got my shoes 🙌 after a month and a half thank God they fit and right color!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and an anklet on June 24th. Today is July 21and still have not received anything. I never really look at reviews because I like to get my own experience with companies but honestly all of these reviews are true. Inspireyoos is the absolute worst company you could ever shop with. I love cute and affordable clothing so I wanted to give them a try and they highly disappointed. Try Shein!

Wost company ever and the messages they send when you ask them where your package is doesnt even seem legit. I ordered shoes around June 20th and eventually got a tracking number but i never told me the location. So i would email the company and they kept saying its otw but never gave me a location. But today 7/17 i got a email for my informed delivery from post office saying my package was delivered. sheesh almost a whole month. i dont know what the shoes look like yet, as they were delivered to the office where they hold packages for you . but as soon as im able to get my package from the office Monday i will let you all know the quality of the shoes i ordered. THese companies are too risky , its like your gambling. You dont know if your gonna receive the product or not. & as someone mentioned about their package being in Valley Stream, NY that was legit info bc as i check my informed delivery it shows that as well.

Even with the pandemic going on i was still able to get my shoes in a timely manner im so happy with the product thank you guys so much might order another size and a few for friends

Experience is the worst. It took 2 months to get. All sizes were too small, not what I ordered. The only way to return was to return to China. I would NEVER do business with them.

They are horrible I ordered two pair of sneakers on June 20th and have not recieved anything but a tracking number that says they are in Valley Stream, New York.

Do not support this business. They are nothing but scammers. Never received my products. 2 pairs of shoes 65.00. No refund. DISGUSTING.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered on may 5th. Today is July 9th and I still dont have my order. It took a month to even get the tracking number. I have sooo many emails to them asking for a refund and they basically tell me to keep waiting. I finally got fed up and conta yes my credit card company to file fraud charges to get my money back. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It's a scam and they should not be allowed to sell to the United states. Also, conta ting them is a nightmare. The only way I can find is through email. No phone number. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I got 4 pairs of Sandels from this company, it took 3 months to get here. Probably would have taken longer if I didn't send them an email every day to cuss them out. The items were basically cheap and what I expected, you get what you pay for. But I'm going to wear these sandels lol. Never shipped with them again never in my life will again 😡 my advise you can make some darn sandels your own self by the time you get your order. Trust and believe awful website, Don't do it !

I placed my order June 28th and the tracking number is coming up invalid 🤔

What a joke. I ordered four items, including two pair of shoes and a t-shirt. The t-shirt was marked as an XL, but it fits my granddaughter who is a small.

The bandana tennis shoes are a horrible fabric and were both in the wrong size. I have contacted the company several times. Even though I included their shipping form that gives the correct sizes, they insist that it was my mistake.

The only reason that I even gave them one star is that they have been prompt in answering my emails, but they will not refund my money even when given proof of their mistake.

Stay away from them and all of the companies that are set up like this, and there are many.

This company is a joke. I ordered ASICS tennis shoes, It took almost a full month for them to be delivered. I did not get the shoes I first saw on their web site, they are total junk and not at all what I ordered. I will never order from this company again. It was a waste of money!

While I did get my money refunded fast to me I am so disappointed by the experience i had. They kept saying the order would be sent out soon but it never was and after a month and a half I told them to cancel and refund my money which they did.

TOTAL SCAM! Forget about returns or refunds. They make it impossible. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Don't buy from this company. First they say they wlll refund my money. Then they said get it from paypal but I didn't buy it thru paypal. Then they said I need to settle my dispute (what dispute). They they said I need to cancel my order. Then they said get the money from your bank. I have over 8 emails coming up with different ways to not give me a refund. It just keeps going round and round. These people are thieves. Don't buy anything from them!!!!!!!
