shipping time was good. when I received the product it had a defect. the company refused to cover the return shipping and only offered a 20% refund on the product. they were not willing to stand behind their product and make their issue right.
I will never buy from this company again.

I had ordered some items without reading the reviews and about a hour later I started to read all the reviews which were all bad so I sent them a email to cancel my order I read where it said they will give you a full refund if you cancel before shipment they got back to me the next day and they actually gave me a refund but I was glad I dodged that bullet

Any shoe company where the shoes are 36, 37, 38, etc...DO NOT waste your money. The she quality is SOOOOOOO bad, and it takes for forever and a day to get your order, and you can almost bet IT WILL BE WRONG. The shoes are amazingly cute, but that's all they are. NOT WORTH THE MONEY because of the quality. I ordered shoes in size 41, but got shoes in 38, not to mention wrong style and colors. These companies don't deserve even a 1 star rating, -100 is more like it. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

Received my sandals. Very disappointed. Quality is poor and completely different colours from what you can see on the picture and what you get in real. Delivery took about 5-6 weeks.
Definitely will never order from them again.

Inspireyoos--- SCAM!!! This company is in China. Yes, the place where scams abound! The place where they poison babies with tainted baby formula, use melamine in the place of protein to kill millions of pets, and lead paint on baby toys. If you get your product at all, chances are they will be made of asbestos and the wrong size or poor quality. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't even visit this site!

Horrible. Took over a month to receive. I contacted them many times to cancel my order and they said they didn’t know where it was. Received the Rhinestone shoes and half the rhinestones are missing the other half look taped on. Shorts def look like an iron on. Hopefully I can get a refund but judging by others comments I’m not holding my breath.

I read a lot of bad reviews for this site after I ordered a pair of shoes so I tried to cancel my order and was told that it was too late to cancel them. However I received my order and am so HAPPY that I couldn't cancel. I absolutely love these shoes. I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly. They are exactly what was pictured on their site. This is a legit site. It took 28 days to receive my order but well worth the wait.

Just forget about it. They loose your order, they never make delivery, they never refund. There is no client service just machine with always same msg; BUT they take your money. Just do not go on this site. BB

DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID !!!!! Keep promising goods but always an excuse. I got a refund via PayPal when I opened a case against them ! Said I would wait for goods if they sent them ASAP but looks like there were no goods to send 🤷‍♀️

Took 1 month to get partial order. Items not as represented on website. Very cheaply made and appear to be knock offs of what models are wearing as pictured on site. Some of the t-shirts have iron-on decals-seriously???? Tried to return and was told I needed to return to China even when the shipment came from a warehouse in California. Knowing how expensive that would be, I was told that I was responsible for all shipping costs including customs fees and they attempted to refund 10% of what I paid. When I declined and accused them of false advertising & bait & switch. They responded by offering a 20% refund. Definitely scammers. Do not buy! Unless you want to flush your $ down the toilet. As a matter of fact, that may even be more rewarding than this buying experience.

if you’re looking for some way to justify ordering from this site, im going to highly recommend against it. many of us reviewing have experienced the same issues: extremely long periods between ordering an item and it being shipped, several weeks before the package arrives, the item is not at all as it was advertised, and negative experiences w customer service. in addition, in my experience the package tracking link they provided never worked, and since contacting customer service they’ve offered me only a 10% cash refund on a $30 purchase. Do not fall for the pretty images and possibly fake positive reviews, this company is not worth your time not money.

The sandals I seen on the website were really nice and when I ordered them and they came in, they didn’t look nothing like the sandals I seen on the website, I ordered rhinestone sandals and the rhinestones were coming all up and it was sum missing,the shoes look horrible,bad service.👎🏾

I will never purchase from them again. Ordered a shoe but was was delivered looked nothing like the shoe I ordered. Going back and forth for some type of restitution and was offered 30% refund of a $34.08 purchase and to keep the shoe. I guess you would offer to keep the shoe no one else would want it anyway. First and last mistake ordering from them

I purchased a pair of sandals in a size 10, hello if your going to sell shoes for women in the United States for women,they should not be in a size 10 in Chinese women sizes if you don't want your toes to be hanging over on the ground. Especially with the return policy yall have set up. Highly disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡.... I will never ever order anything from this website again. I will be reselling these shoes😏

if i could give less than one star, i would!!! shipping took forever only for me to receive a cheaply made, very small shoe. I purposely ordered a size larger than I actually wear and the shoe is at least 1 size too small!! material is trash. I paid $27 for a shoe that isn't worth 50 cents!!!! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Well I unfortunately ordered before checking reviews, and what a tough lesson to learn. I placed my order with Inspireyoos well over a month ago, then received a confirmation indicating that my order had shipped, to-date, nothing. So I reached out via email to them and have not gotten a single response from them. In my last email I let them know that I would be writing a negative review and reporting them as a scam company, still no response.

Horrific clothing and customer service beyond terrible! Do not believe a word they say at their website.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this site June 15th and today July 31, 2020 I'm just receiving. Now here's the other problem I order size UK 43 / US 12 and my normal show size is US 11. These shoes came three times too small. My daughter wears a US size 9 and they fit her perfectly. Now I have to return to China and it's probaly going to cost me the same as I paid for shoes so they will really just be refunding shipping cost and get to resale the shoes. So I'm better of trying to sell them myself. Stay away from these Made in China companies you don't know what you getting. Last the shoes are all bent up out of shape look cheap as heack and nothing like the pictures. Just do yourself a faveor and don't shop these sites if you live in America. The price looks good the pictures looks good, but the product take way to long to receive, they are not true sizes at all, & the products look poorly made & cheap. AVOID!!!

I have to admit I was a little upset at first because I wasn’t getting my sandals I know it was gonna take a while because the company is not in the US but then I got upset even more when I didn’t get them on time for a small outdoor gathering. but that did not matter because when I got them, they were beautiful sandals with the pearl around the ankle and I am so in love with them I have to buy more. communication between the company and myself via email was always great and I’m very happy it is a reliable company. I will be doing more business with them. Be patient as Covid 19 is not our friend !!!!
