Rip off. Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered boots three months ago and have not received. Company also refuses to refund money.

Rip off business! What they send is cute, its just NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, to.echange they want you to pay to send back to China, or give you a minor discount.... pathetic service!

A VERY CROOKED COMPANY!! DO NOT IRDER FROM THEM. Ordered shoes after chatting with them first assuring they had the color/size I needed. Waited five weeks (which may not have been their fault) and I received the wrong size and the wrong color - not to mention they were $30, but probably not the quality of $7.95. First, they tried to tell me that’s what I ordered. I sent a copy of the original order,m; then they tried to tell me I should keep them, all the while I’m demanding a refund. Bottom line - after a couple of weeks of daily worthless back and forth emails, they refunded shoes but refused to refund shipping. Why should I pay anything for their error? I could get it from my credit card company, but it’s not hardly worth it. I’m convinced they shipped me whatever they had hoping I would give up. Scammers!

Yes! "Someone said DO NOT to ORDER from this company and they are so correct" I wish I had known before I ordered.

This is the worst place to order from. It took a month and a half to get my shoes. I ordered them two sizes too big they came two sizes too small. Very poor quality shoes and they had 5 pair of shoes in a small plastic bag. None of the shoes looked like the pictures. I ordered a pair of sneakers they were plastic, I ordered a shoes with fur there was no fur in them. It’s a scam.....

Product finally arrived from China after almost 3 weeks. Nice looking, but size was too small. Ordered the size based on their size chart. Product apparently runs small. Wanted to exchange for next size up. No problem, but would have to send back to China at our expense, including Customs charges. Would have been the price of the shoes or more! They offered a 10% discount if we kept them and it will take 2 - 3 weeks to credit back. We'll sell the shoes to recoup some of our loss. What a crap company! Would not recommend at all.

Ordered what I thought was a beautiful heavy fleece jacket coat- as it was pictured. Received the cheapest piece of polyester which is nothing like the picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE.

Wish I could give a zero. I never received my package after 3 months of waiting . Asked for a refund and told them my package never even made it to the post office and they said they’d give me a 20% refund which was only $5 out of my $25.00 order, only for it to have three or four weeks since then and I still haven’t even gotten my $5 refund.

Yalll do not buy from this company complete scam and they have really bad customer service. It took them a week to respond to me. Which they didn’t even fully address my concern/refund. I had to get my bank involved.. NOT A GOOD CHOICE

Would leave zero if possible. Ordered over a month ago and was sent to the wrong address. Have asked for refund several times and have been denied and still have not received shoes.

Do not buy anything from this company I didn’t receive anything after a month canceled and they ignored me 2 months later they sent me my boots and sneakers in a ball of bubble wrap broken with no invoice statement .and they lie to your banking establishment but won’t give a number to call or return !! I repeat don’t buy from here the worst company should be closed down and your right in a pandemic shame

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, the sneakers are not U.S. sizes when you order your size they are smaller when they come. The clothes when they come are very cheaply made. They want you to keep the items and they will send you a 10% refund. What good is a 10% refund when you can’t wear the items they what you to return. If you try to return them to China it will cost you double of what you paid for the items to return them to China. I found a California refund address on the package which I returned the items for a full refund still waiting to hear. The company continues to answer my emails but does not offer any solutions to help me. The company said they refunded me a refund of 30% of my purchase but nothing has showed up in my account. I keep telling them nothing has been deposited. I have spent so much money with this company with nothing in return. Pleas do not buy anything from this terrible company. They have very bad customer service.

10/2/2020 I ordered slip on loafers, I received them 10/23/2020 and was extremely pleased. I wear size 81/2 and ordered a size 42 from their size chart, because you have to measure in inches. For instance according to their size chart size 42 is 10.2 inches and my feet is 10 inches. You cannot go by their size conversion, instead measure you feet by inches. The shoes are beautiful and be patient they have to come from China. I have ordered 2 more pairs, will let you know about this next order.

This place is a SCAM I ordered a pair of sandals in July and my package still hasn’t arrived. When you contact them they just tell you there going to look into it. But never get back to you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID. After waiting since the end of May and plenty of emails they said the package was destroyed cause I didn’t pick it up. I have all the proof to say the package made it to London and no further but I live in Northern Ireland. They have no record of the parcel reaching here at all. Trying to say it’s my fault. Never in all my years of buying of the internet have I dealt with such a company. Disgusting. Should have read the reviews.

Absolute Junk! Nothing like pictures. They copy styles made very VERY cheap and use the actual pictures of the better style they copy! Then if you need to return you need to pay to ship it back to china! Don't be fooled ladies and gents.

Ordered a blouse in a 5x size.The blouse arrived 2 weeks later in a size medium.Inside the label sewn in was the 5x size.The blouse described was suppose to have some stretch

THIS SITE IS A FREAKING SCAM...I ORDER MY DAUGHTERS SOME SHOES OFF THIS SITE BACK IN EARLY JULY AND THEY HAVENT ARRIVE YET.... I EMAIL THEM TO ONLY GET A STUPID RESPONSE THAT THE SHOES ARE COMING FROM OVER SEAS.....BUT THE LAST TRACKING INFORMATION THEY HAVE LISTED THE PACKAGE WAS IN PENNSYLVIA AND THAT WAS EARLY AUGUST AND NOTHING SINCE THEN....SO IM GIVING EVERYBODY FAIR WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

This site is truly a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May and never received them. When I contacted customer service they said I need a damn missing package report from the post office. The world knows that we are pretty much locked down. Now it’s September and I still did t get a refund which I requested back in July. Don’t shop here!

Not sure why so many terrible reviews, I had a good experience with the company. When I ordered I didn’t realize they were based in China, so the shipping did take about a month. But also with covid, that was to be expected. Other than that, I have no complaints. When I reached out to them about the tracking order not working, they sent me a new one in a timely manner that was accurate.
I ordered lace sandals for my wedding, and they look just like the picture! I ordered my normal American size, and they fit perfect! I am very satisfied with this company.
I don’t normally write reviews, however seeing all the negatives I thought I would share my positive experience!
