Really poor customer service. Offered only 20% refund due to the Iran war and this in credits which have to be used within a very short space of time.
dont be scammed by huge discounts up front, read the small print of what you are agreeing to. There are more reputable companies that are as cheap

Do not use this company. Our guide for Spain & Portugal was awful, the Alhambra tour was cancelled because they hadn't bought tickets in time; some were taken to the wrong hotels on arrival, customer support is a joke, and our promised refund still hasn't been paid after 30 days. Why on earth should it take that long?

I was very lucky to be on a small tour.
Hotels were great … very comfortable
Our fabulous, funny, intelligent guide Justin made the trip! He had some good recommendations for us. He took us to a great family restaurant in Andong Hahoe Village (UNESCO) It was an absolute feast which everyone enjoyed !

Never use this company
Never use this company. We booked our tour with inspiring vacations and we are leaving the country in 4 days. We don’t have our travel documentation and we have continually contacted the company.
They just say we need to wait as they are waiting on external partners. We will never use them again, the stress is way too much.
Update: It is now 7 days to travel and we haven’t received any documents. We have contacted Inspiring Vacations every second day with either no response, or you need to wait.
NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - the stress is not worth it!!

Rigid cancellation policy
Rigid cancellation policy. I requested a credit, date transfer, or future tour option due to a medical/mobility issue close to departure, but after supervisory review I was told there were no options other than travel as scheduled or cancel and forfeit the booking. They did provide helpful accessibility details, but travelers should buy comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.

Inspiring staff were friendly helpful. Their knowledge of the tour and its contents was great, and they helped us understand exactly what was and what wasn't included in our package. Follow up phone calls after making our booking provided us with additional comfort that we were being looked after.

South Korea experience
The tour was a great way to see South Korea with a very knowledgeable guide and professional driver. Our guide gave us lots of interesting information along the way and gave us clear instructions. Our driver was very helpful and drove us safely around the country.

Meeting new people - we started as a small group of 4 & we joined a bigger group. The becsme a group of 9, a great bunch & never felt alone. w
Meeting new people, the places we visited especially the DMZ, experiencing making rice cakes, all tour guides (John, Justin & Dylan) were
all very informative / knowledgeable & patient.
The longest tour guide we had while travelling from Busan through to Seoul was Dylan, he was excellent & so helpful. I would book another holiday with Inspiring Vacations.

Good experience to start off with…….then downhill from there.
Good experience to start off with, but after that it went downhill. There was a huge lack of communication and I had to make several calls and emails. When I did get emails back often details were wrong. One advisor was helpful but it was still a matter of following up continually. I would definitely not use Inspiring Vacations again to book a trip. Not as professional as they look and something is missing in the chain of communication.

Very communicative in the booking process. Although this trip was slightly higher price than another one we found the hotels are much much nicer, and it includes more with inspiring! . So it’s a better value!!
