Great Experience

The service team was so helpful with guiding me on how to utilize my warranty plan for my camera to be repaired. They provided the shipping label, kept me in the loop once it was received. and returned the device back to me in less than two weeks, a brand new device since my camera was not repairable!

Insta360 has helped me with a group of experts till the problem was totally solved

The process was totally guided, with multiple points of view and a deep analisys followed by a Tecnica Expert called Andreea who personally sent me emails about twice a week explaining every single step and helping me to solve the situation, requesting files, and data which could help the Insta360 lab expert to find the solution

Even I received several phone calls speaking my language, and the whole process was guided by one single person, Andreea, who personally took special care and helped a lot

I'm still impressed about how professional and patience Insta360 and Andreea have been with me and my lack of experience, and how a not major problem, but very confusing and uncomfortable to me was solved step by step

I CAN FIRMLY SAY THAT I NEVER RECEIVED A PERSONALIZED SERVICE AND ATTENTION LIKE THIS NEVER BEFORE even for a phisical customer service attention in my city.

Andreea and Insta360 deserve all my respect and grateful.

Exceptional customer support for the Ace Pro 2 purchase

I had a complicated situation with my international order, but the Insta360 team handled it professionally. They compensated for the extra fees by providing a spare battery, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend buying directly from their site if you value responsive customer service.

Watermark is on by default and turns back ON after updates

Paid £400 for an Insta360 camera and this is beyond ridiculous.
The watermark is on by default. I finally found where to disable it (after wasting time searching), turned it off… and then realised the video I had already exported now has the stupid Insta360 logo baked in.
Why the hell would you force your branding on customers' footage by default? And why do I only discover it after the export is done? It's not like the watermark shows up in the preview — you only see it once the file is finished rendering.
This feels like pure arrogance from the company. You've already taken my £400. Stop using my videos for free marketing without permission.

Amazing customer service, you wont find anyone else like this

Amazing customer service, easy to deal with and are VERY quick to repair your product if it breaks. I got extended warranty luckily when I brought my camera (luckily) but I know other people who didn't have extended warranty and Insta360 are still happy to help you. Honestly an amazing team, thank you so much.

I broke my insta360 x4,i wrote on the…

I broke my insta360 x4,i wrote on the same day for insta 360 service department they answered very quick and i got a shipping label to ups courier company,next morning i sent to Germany my X4 with ups this was Wednseday and a week after my x4 was on the way back to me,i got completly new device with option to register another 1 year flexi care,plus also i got a free lens guard,i had only basic warranty which is not covering the damages and i paid only 89euro but already got discount so the end off this amount was 66euro.I'm very happy with insta 360 service procedure fast and trustworthy,helpfull staff.Highly recommend it.My issue solved less than 2 weeks from Ireland.Thanks Insta.

Great product and amazing support

Great product and outstanding customer service !

I recently purchased the Ace Pro 2 and mainly use it for my motorcycle rides. The video quality is exceptional, even in motion, with excellent stabilization. It’s exactly what I was looking for to record my rides, and the overall build quality feels solid.

I also want to highlight the customer service, which has been amazing. They were extremely responsive and very understanding regarding my request about a price difference.

The camera is great and if there is any problem or technical issue with the device, they deal with it promptly, they ask you to send it back and a new replacement, very fast service, great company to deal with, i highly recommended them

Awful

Awful, worst platform to download and share videos i have every used, i have had to watch 5 explainer videos and still cant share videos for my team to use, share only allows "view only" .... incredible complicated ... DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

If you’re serious about capturing action on the water, the Insta360 X3 is, without exaggeration, a complete game changer. I’ve been using it extensively for wing foiling and other water sports, and the experience it delivers is on another level compared to traditional action cameras.

The standout feature is, of course, the full 360° capture. Being able to record everything around you and decide the framing afterward completely transforms how you shoot. No more worrying about camera angles or missing the moment—every movement, every carve, every jump is captured seamlessly. For dynamic sports like wing foiling, this is revolutionary. The footage feels immersive, fluid, and incredibly professional with minimal effort.
