I was very hesitant to trust a company with my taxes because I have been burned before.
I called instant tax solutions with the hopes that they were different from companies I’ve worked with in the past. My expectations were met and even exceeded. Megan and Avery were very on top of things and made the whole process easy for my old brain to comprehend. Katie was also a huge help in my case. Having a garnishment on my wages made it impossible to pay my bills, I needed to figure out something that was going to work with my budget. ITS got me an offer and compromise and it reduced my tax debt back in a way that isn’t detrimental to my life. I am eternally grateful for all the work instant tax solutions did on my behalf. I couldn’t imagine talking to the IRS and doing this work on my own. Thank you!!

I am so grateful for Instant Tax Solutions. I have to admit in the beginning we weren't sure what to expect, because they weren't local and we didn't know how this worked. It was the best decision we made though. The people there were so nice and knowledgeable. Rick talked us through the things we would need, and Eric did a great job helping me understand the paperwork and the process. It took some time to settle but they stayed in contact with us throughout the whole thing, and got us a great settlement that we could afford.
