Jessica O’Clock with ITS was great. She responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and armed me with the information I needed to make everything less stressful. I started out with 26k dollars of tax debt and ended with 10k. They were able to delete 16k off my debt. Today I am free from this debt. I would definitely refer them to friends and family. I'm bad at reviews, but rebekkah helped us through several years of tax issues. She was thorough, and made me feel safe. She always followed through and responded to all of my questions, keeping in constant contact. The receptionists were nice, and the tax preparers did a great jobletting me know everything i needed.

This service was such a relief to me from the worry and stress I was experiencing due to getting behind on our taxes. Rebekah was a pleasure to work with and allowed me much peace of mind without any condemnation. I appreciated her thoroughness and updating me about my status throughout the lengthy process. Just received the notice from the IRS that they have accepted my offer in compromise for my back tax debt. Yea!!!!!! Without Instant Tax Solutions help this wouldn't have happened. Very professional team who delivered on all things they said they could do. They answered all my questions with very timely call backs and get me the best deal I could have ever asked for . Even during the COVID-19 times when it was very difficult to get anything done Jennifer and her team got the job done. Count me in if you ever need a reference of any kind.
